Apps wouldnt launch after being disconnected or unsynced for quite some time. The only thing you can do is to search for the lg fitness apps in the Google playstore and after finding it open it there by tapping "open". Only then the apps will open and starts syncing...Is this normal? I Dont think so, Lg fix this error!
I put off the review until I got over the whole earbud add-on thing. The base app covers the product as per advertising. All project objectives were met. It is safe to assume the team adjourned. If this project has a update, as a consumer, I have 2* request: 1) Take 'heart rate' out of any advertisement for a pedometer without that feature. 2) adopt full support of the 'jog tracker' app. Thank you for your time with this transmission.
Could not find it in the play store on s7. Please update it and make it compatible with latest phones like samsung s7
Doesnt load. Does sync to face samsung galaxy note 3. Waste of money
On top of all the other problems, it Does not work with an LG G4, this is odd as I thought given both products are LG's this would be seamless.... Unacceptable LG

After the last update,the app can only be started through the play store. Signing in takes too much time and fails every second time. Otherwise, the functions together with the lifeband are quite good.
Tried over 20 times to pair with my Sony Xperia Z5, including restarting, uninstalling etc, but it won't pair. I give one star for successfully annoying everyone.
The app fails to sign in. Changed the password, used another email but still fails

Not compatible with Android 6.0? last I checked 6.0 is above 4.3! Worked well on my Samsung s3 (Running 4.3) and Nexus 5 (Running 6.0) upgraded to Nexus 5x (Running 6.0) not compatible with device. LG says it doesn't support Android 6.0 and doesn't have plans to. Yet it still ran fine on my Nexus 5 with Android 6.0.1.... YOU MAKE BOTH DEVICES!!! WHY NO COMPATIBILITY WITH YOU TWO DEVICES???

i really like the smartband but it has problems with the connection... i had the sony's smartband and it was connected immediately when i was getting close to the phone or it vibrated when i was going dar from it.. the lg i dont know when its connected, etc.. fix it guys. i have to open Google play and open from there the lg app otherwise i doesn't open...2 stars is too much for these issues
Bought for the LG Life band at a discounted price from Best Buy. The app worked fine on Kit Kat but an upgrade to Lollipop will not allow the app to restore. The app has a simple interface and I thought LG did a decent job of presenting information in a colorful and precise manner. Too bad the device may have to go back because of this software error.
If for any reason you stop this app or reboot your phone, you have to completely Uninstall it, reinstall it and set it all up again. I tried contacting the developer, but even the email address to contact them isn't even in service anymore. I tried contacting LG online thru their chat service, and they told me to contact the developer. It's an endless circle of no help, no updates and no solutions. Unfortunately, it's the only app I can find that works with the LG lifeband, so I'm regrettably stuck with it
When it works, it does it's job just fine. Then, suddenly, it won't open. Sometimes I can do a clear data and it starts again (and I have to log in and set it all up again), other times I need to remove and reinstall it (and do the set dance again). Might get a few days, a few weeks, maybe even a few hours before I had to repeat the process. The app hasn't updated since I got it, so it looks like LG have given up on it. I cant' recommend it, unfortunately.
The only reason i got this band was because it was heavily discounted at the sprint store and now I know why, LG app needs a lot of improvements, I haven't been able to open the app for the last two days and can't seem to find any support from LG or explanation. Better get out of the fitness business
App works well for about a week and then will refuse to open. The only recourse is a complete uninstall and reinstall. And you cross your fingers that LGs servers are accessible when you need to authenticate for the first time, or will want to wipe the app and hope for the best on another install attempt. Really expected more from LG on this app and band combination. Moto X 2nd gen.
This is so embarrasing.. Such a big company charging 150.00 USD for this band and their application dont work with any of the new android software.. I have two of this life band and cant even use them. My wife and me are very dissapointed.. It hasnt work for over a year.... Amazing manufacture but when it come to the software.... A total disgrace....
