Where are the TVs? I used the AR app last year and it was great for checking what a TV looks like in your home, but now there are no longer any TVs listed in the app, only good for washing machines, fridges etc LG please help as this may put me off of purchasing an LG TV!
Advertised for tvs but there are no tvs in the app... Also the app is half a GB! Why not download the product assets on demand rather than packaging them all in the app? Ridiculous given people will 99% of the time only be interested in 1 or 2 products.
Website says it shows you TV's. It's a lie. Only kitchen items. LG, get it sorted rather than responding to every comment with the same standard 'email me at' reply.
0.5 GB download, you're having a laugh! Wanted to see how an LG TV would fit on my desk. Gave up when i saw the other reviews and the size of the download. Gone old school with a tape measure. Impractical app.
On the TV page of the LG website it urges you to download this app. There are no TVs in this app. Weak. Also, this is the only .5 GB app I've seen that wasn't a game.
Like others have said, this app only includes items such as washing machines and fridges. No TVs. Probably the fault of resellers rather than LG.
Trying to find the lg smart laundry app to hopefully find out the problem with my washer. This app is the closest to it. All it seems to do is show a picture. Of a cycle
On the website they say you can use it to ar preview a tv, but once you download it surprise there's only dish washers and refrigerators....lame
Got this to check out how my new TV would look as suggested by the website. No option in the app to view a TV.
Directed here from their website for TVs but there are none available. Considering buying another brand.
Website takes you to this app to preview TVs. App doesn't have TVs to view.
Use our TV app to see how it will look in the space you have.... Great......if you want a fridge or washing machine.....TV....not yet????

Why do you have to lie to your customers. The app is promoted on your TV websites, yet there is no TV option after I installed the app. It seems you just care for more downloads count, rather than to be honest to customers. Moreover, you don't care to even reply on the comments.
