Since the latest update, the app doesn't print correct borders anymore. The sizing is off and cuts off texts and borders. It's ridiculous. Portrait oriented photos are always cut off on top and bottom. The entire field is too long for some weird reason. You have to do guesswork while editing and resizing to get it to the appropriate size.

The app has bug, when I click the gallery button, the app close immediately. Please fix this issue and I will revise the rating. In fact, I couldn't print out any photo from my pocket photo printer as well.

Force closing on S10+ I haven't used this printer with my new phone, until today... I connected it fine via bluetooth in my settings... However, when I try checking for an update, or just browsing the settings on the application, the app just force closes. I've closed and relaunched with the same issue persisting...

Since the new update, unable to use the app. App automatically closes when click on gallery button. Unable to search through photos and print.

It's the most precious, easy and fun thing to use! You can edit your pictures, turn them into polaroids, add dates, text and whatnot before printing them and it looks so good 😍

It used to work fine on my note9. Since my upgrade to Note20 it hasn't worked properly. Once I pick a photo to print, that is the only photo I will be able to print. Until, I uninstall and reinstall app. That will be annoying....if I need to print 100 photos I will need to uninstall 100x and then reinstall it 100x to do so... Please fix this.

Mine is PD251 and it is no longer working..i can charge it, download the this app. But when printing, it says the system error. The system cannot update. Hence, it is not worth it and no longer can function.

I've printed photos before but now I can't even open the gallery(from app)to retrieve photos. Can't even share from my gallery to the app too. Frustrating.

I bought since 2015.. before this can used..last i used this app 2016 or 2017. I just got the Pocket Photo Snap and I can't even connect it to my phone... it shows as "no connectable Pocketphoto"!

I've been using this for years. There's an update and suddenly I cant print any picture AT ALL. Please advise.

This app is litterly the best app like i tried it and is was prefect but the only thing is that it would make it better is if it had like crop or move the pic before we print but its still really good i love it

Hasn't hasn't had an update since 2019. Won't allow me to print new pictures from a different album.

The device is ok but the application isn't OK and when I Conect to a device the application said The device isn't Conected and only way to print the photo in LG Pocket photo Is only in the application

You have keep Uninstaller and restart the printer to see your pictures I Won't remind this to anyone
