Most atrocious app...even worse company. The chat feature doesn't work. The service centre is unresponsive. The complaints are never resolved. Have been suffering at the hands of LG eversince I bought their refrigerator.
Clunky buggy unhelpful bureaucratic app. Doesn't show ongoing installation requests. As if it exists in a parallel universe. If LG service knows each purchase why doesn't the app? Waste of time except outside office hours
This application is not working properly facing issues in sign up. Late OTP received, and app close when we are selecting any option.
The app is not working for me in its current version. I am unable to login and don't even get to see the error message as it is either blank or some HTML gibberish. I tried the forgot password option but to no avail. Seems like nobody uses the app so even LG is not interested in making it work.
The application is buggy in Samsung F62 with One UI4.1 and Android version 12. Developer, please fix this soon, as its impossible to use the app, it crashes down after a use in a minute.
The LG service is very poor. Recently an year ago brought a water filter. And it was in the offer to provide 3 free candles but LG gave only 2 and when asked for the third one it it said there will be charges which will be applicable, because the warranty period is completed. But the filter was only installation was delayed due to lockdown. They were not ready to consider the day when it was installed. Not accepted and extremely disappointed as a customer. Not recommending anyone to product
This app is waste. If you raise service request through WhatsApp or customer care number, the will not show anything even though same number and maiil Id used for login. More than that LG service is getting pathetic day by day. Raise service request 2 times for ÀC service but it was not even picked after 7-8 days. On calling customer care, there response is just wait but no SLA to pick the request. The service centre guys are more interested in selling AMC than resolving problem.
Such a poor customer service. I have made a complaint for air conditioner, even after 3 days. Noone is responding. I have made a big mistake by buying lg product. Worst service.
Requires lot of unnecessary permissions such as phone call, storage and without the app doesn't function. Complete violation of privacy and things which could be optional.
When we enter the product details, it should provide all the details like warranty of the product and other details. Still it is asking user to choose the option for warranty. Don't the app maintain the product database? Poor app
The app experience can't be worse. LG is a third class company with no service quality. A single service request takes 36 hours and even more to be processed.
I got my washing machine repaired. It started making noise. The service centre says it's because the machine became old somehow in 2 days. The customer care just wante to close complaint. Really bad experience.
Not able to raise the service request, for Symtoms and Warranty options, when try to select it says "no data found"
Giving it 1 star because app needs all permissions to work it's not okay for just using a simple service u need to get every permission ,it bad for security use .And the service is also bad because when the service man come he told only one problem goona solve if u want to repair something else in the product u need to request again so u have to pay 500 again.poor service
Make sure app works, if I select service request on purchased product and after selecting repair it ask for symptoms but it's not showing any options so can't book service request. LG we are facing problems with your product from day 1 of purchase within a month the service people changed shock absorbers as it was dancing they said floor is not straight!, then water leaked, rust started, Totally waste product, customer care service people 100% try to avoid giving warranty,
App is useful but it's very slow to respond. Takes minutes to load a simple page. Samsung S22 ultra, oneui 4.1 android 12
This App is fantastic. and also too friendly for using. The App content Quality is fabulous. All Details and solutions is available in this Aap regarding all LG Product. Customer care support and Services support was too much good. Thanking you LG. For making this type of Aap.
Very fast response.. I have booked my service request within few seconds.
LG is most unhelpful in providing service. Keeps us waiting for weeks and does not provide service. One has to be careful in buying LG product. My AC complaint was made 1 week back and it is still unattended
The app is very smooth and user friendly. Was able to register my product within few seconds only...
The worst service i ever saw, it's been 3days the technician are not even bothered to call and update me that when will they come n repair. Pls don't buy lg products even care number is not working
Poor UX and Server Errors. Showing products I don't actually have, no way to delete them. Also, sync between the website and app is not present: If you raise a service request via website, it doesn't show up in app at all! That's weird and surprising at the same time. Also, the UI seems pretty outdated: Rework required.
Complent daily to CUSTOMER care service but no response from L G. techinetion not attending complent. Refrigerator is not in service for 4 days. Very poor response if some problem in L G product Unfortunatly I can not give less then 1 star

Eariler app was far better..it's crashing and not compatible with bigger screen size ..giving an erorr
The app is lame just like LG service. There is wrong data and duplicate values in dropdowns and not at all a good UI or UX! Additionally avoid purchasing any LG product as their after sales service is pathetic. My new top of the line AC stopped working in 15 days and I have been chasing LG customer service but no one has attended for 3 days. Their so called 24×7 customer service contact numbers work only from 9 to 6. Their whatsapp chatbot support is pretty standard and of no help. Stay away!
