LG Smart TV Remote : keyboard

When it works, it's perfect. However, unpredictably, the app won't connect to the tv. Have written to the developers to raise the issue; no response, hence 3 stars My mistake! Bluetooth on the phone was paired for "calls" and "audio". It works perfectly after disabling these two options.

I've had this app for a while now, and I have to admit it is extremely annoying. I paid for the upgraded whatever but it still hardly ever connects to the TV and when it does it doesn't always work. Not all of the features work and I'm just overall dissatisfied.

My dog chewed up my TV remote. I was thrilled that there was an app I could use on my phone. Downloaded it, paid $3.99 for it, and I can't get it to work. Almost everything except the OK button works, which is necessary to watch anything on an app, like Netflix or Hulu. Very disappointed.

Doesn't support the second view option on my phone and both my phone and my smart TV are the latest models. It also takes too long to connect to the TV and I've got good WiFi connectivity. Tried to reach out to their support team but no help was provided.

Disappointed in 2 ways. You need the physical remote to turn on the TV to get it on WiFi first then you can use the app. Who needs the app when you have the remote? Secondly you need to pay for the app so that you can use the joystick. The actual remote is much better.

My remote was destroyed so I downloaded this app and paid the 3.99, and while everything else works on the remote, left right and home, it does not let me use the OK button. Or I'll pushed the OK button and it'll take me to a completely different option than the one I want making the OK button completely useless. I need the OK button to work so i can actually use my tv

Had the free version and decided to upgrade to the paid version, HUGE MISTAKE!!! Since then, the app crashes immediately I open it. I am so disappointed by this as I believed it to be a perfect product. I was definitely wrong.

Started off very good. Only needed the app for volume, input, and turning off tv. Recently, the ease of use has gotten more difficult. Unable to use the volume button or inputs. Switches to a paid portion and won't let me switch back. Will need to find a new app to use.

OK button is none responsive! My TV remote is broken so i looked for one in app store. i decided this one sounded good so downloaded it to my phone I've paid for the full remote and it doesnt even work. navigation buttons work, but the OK button does nothing. Can you please tell me how I get a refund because it's no good as I cant actually watch anything on my TV if I cant select it with the OK button. Its useless to me and I paid nearly £4 for it..

Not too bad but have to pay six bucks to use app features. Also, had to uninstall and reinstall because it stops working every once in a while. Other than that, its convenient until you buy a replacement remote.

Overall, it's good. Some of the features don't work on some apps on my TV, but the app told me up front that may happen. Also, after the phone screen times out, the app times out. I have to close and reopen it.

It does the job of turning the TV on and take you to the different apps but it doesn't replace the remote control. I used the free version so I don't know how the paid one works. The free version doesn't replace the remote.

Very nice app. My LG remote ran out of batteries so I got the paid version of this mobile app. Seemed issues from initial releases have been fixed already and some of the features like mouse is much easier to operate here.

I paid 4.30 for this app and it works about 1/3 of the time. I have to continuously back out of the app and clear it from my open apps. the touch pad works even less often. I guess this is what I get for losing my actual lg remote.

Ads prevents one from trying to test app with TV. I wouldn't mind paying for it if I could test its compatibility with my LG. I got as far as looking at 6 ads and the app didn't let me test the keyboard functionality. Move on...

Scam, don't buy, keyboard not working! No refund possible. I purchased the pro version of the app to have the keyboard function. But the keyboard is not showing up when I press the keyboard button in the app. Also the trial button was not working. I would kindly request a refund for this app not working pro feature but refunds seem to be impossible for this app?! So it is a set up rip off, a scam, do not purchase! You are warned.

I paid for the full version just because of the keyboard, but it never worked. Plus the app constantly lose the conection with tv. I'm so upset.

Tempermental and unreliable. Over the past few years I have used this app on both ios and android. It will struggle to connect, lose tv's, fault multiple times and simply, is more hassel than it is worth

it's almost perfect.... only problem is you can't use the keyboard for every app and you have to physically turn the tv on before using the app.... everything else is perfect

I paid $4.99 for the reboard feature and worked fine for a few months. After it doesn't work it says to make sure phone and TV is connected to the internet. They are connected to same but I can't use the remote anymore.

Touchpad is laggy also application doesn't hold connectivity to tv you always have to restart connection .. kindly fix as i paid for full version specifically for the touchpad Also skip forward and skip backward buttons are missing ⏭⏮

Ok button doesn't work. Most important button doesn't work on your app. Neither does the mouse to click on it. Spent $3.99+tax for the option and it doesn't work don't even know how to get my money back.

It is much easier and faster to change things on TV itself than using this app. It is slow and not responding 8 out of 10. It is any thing but SMRAT

It's a free app, however, certain features required a payment. I paid for the extra features, but I'm still getting pop-up ads. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

annoyed, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, most of time when it does work it's really slow. I may as well went a bought a universal control from shop

my remote was stolen, thought id have to buy a new remote. no need. this app sorted me out. as long as its connected to the same wifi as you are sorted!!!

My remote control disappeared 2 days ago. I searched for it almost possible places, I couldn't find it. Finally I installed the app, so far it works good for me.

After I downloaded this app mainly to use the keyboard I find out I have to pay $3.99, so i went ahead and did. Everything else is working expect the keyboard which was the main reason I download this app. Really upset yall could keep the $3.99 and use that to find a way to fix your app.
