There's so much wrong with this it's hard to know where to start, but how about a country selector which is USA or Korea, and both lead to Korean language. From there it only gets worse.
I need simple LG AC remote but its showing login screen only. There are several lengthy steps to create ID on non responsive external website which is making this app useless.

I bought your ac merely 15 month back,,,it has broken down,,,your service person charging rs 560 for visit...Wth,, they are not coming from moon I guess,,and told me I have to change motor of extra 1100 rs,,,it is just out of warranty period so I have to.....I will never buy your ac nxt time in my life....
