Super convenient. Very easy to operate and explaining what you are seeing is made obsolete now that they can too.
May be used by Lg support but 0 reference and won't run without full access to the phone functions which with 0 reviews is not something I will trust
Once the app started, LG Rep "Julie " immediately saw video of the refrigerator water leak problem. Julie was able to accurately advise us and provide a solution. Nice app and excellent service from Julie LG Rep.
used the app twice with 0 issues connecting to a representative. be sure to accept all the permission prompts for it to work properly during your support call.
Great app for great service LG the best
Worked flawlessly to show the customer service rep what my LG product was doing in order to facilitate a service repair ticket. I was a little skeptical because this app was not made by LG Corp but I was pleased with the performance. I do believe (like most apps available nowadays) that many of the app's permissions are unnecessary (i.e. SMS usage) but that's why I've uninstalled it after use. Thanks for a great app experience & I will not hesitate to download/use it again in the future.
Try it twice - failed both times with a Pixel 2. As soon as the 6 digit code was entered and the TOC accepted, the app shuts down and a pop-up screen says to reopen or leave feedback. This app is a waist of time.

"Connection to server failed " from my LG G FLEX. I don't have network problem.

This app is not compatible with Samsung tablet. It won't run. Every time you open the app it always shutdown.
