Very user friendly site with all of the bells and whistles I need, like transfers, mobile deposit, high rewards checking info, etc.
My fiancée and I switched from BB&T to LGE Credit Union due to some personal issues we had with BB&T. It's been close to 4 months now and we've had no issues at all. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. Us not having much knowledge of the difference between a Bank and Credit Union, they clearly explained it. Any questions we've had we're answered in a timely manner without any follow up questions. I'm definitely loving the mobile app (Android OS) but still figuring it out.
Not too complicated to navigate when all the links work properly. I downloaded the app mainly for snap deposit. More than half the time it doesn't work for me which is a waste of time. It is such a pain to have to load up two kids into the car to make a deposit when the app promises snap deposits.
Debit card issues cannot be addressed in the app. Very inconvenient since this bank locks cards for potential fraud easier than most
Having trouble with Snap Deposit and no one has answers. Even sent a request for help via email and got no response even after speaking with several different representatives. LGE please fix this issue.

Overall, this is a great app. It's direct and easy to use. The snap deposit works great and balance verification is even easier with the upgrade. I would like to be able to have a chat feature so you don't have to call a rep. I don't always have time to do that within theirs hours.
I so love the ease of use on the mobile app. can do everything from check balances, transfer funds, pay Bill's, deposit checks, check on rates. awesome. And the LGE branch staffs and customer service agents by phone are always so helpful. nice and respectful. I would not ever go to another bank or credit union. Thank You LGE!
Unable to Snap Deposit...went to app's settings and made certain that I had turned on all permissions. One of the updates late last year is preventing me from making deposits. When I snap the front of the check, it goes into the rear photo and immediately exits to the main menu. When I try it again, the app practically freezes.
It's great, & has been improved with more easily accessed / continuous access to statements on the mobile. Having been away from the computer for a while, I had to learn to use the website. I've had great & courteous help from Lge employees. If I have a "snag" in the website meaning I'm not using it properly, the LGE staff is so helpful & stays with the issue until I learn to use it. That is important to me, & much appreciated! I can also communicate with LGE through their secure message access.
Great app from its fingerprint security to snap deposits to just a quick and simple dashboard of the accounts. i use it for all of my banking. it's way more convenient and fast than even the full web interface.
Helps me keep track of my accounts, send payments via Zelle, and deposit checks when I don't have time to stop by the bank.
Terrible. Super dumb how you need to transfer money from your actual account into the saving account, whichs take 3 days, to just pay your bill. Completely pointless. As well as it not giving you the option to just pay your principal without paying the interest. Awful system.
Ever since the update it hasn't worked properly. I have been trying to deposit the same check for 5 hours but every time I do a snap of one of the side, it kicks me out of the program and I have to log back into it and it doesn't save my data soy check has not been deposited. I guess I am running to the bank to day..
Sometimes there's a glitch with verification code: there's no blank to enter it. It appears after the second code request though. Other than that, it's very convenient.
I could not get my app to work so I sent a message to the bank from the support tap at the bottom. I had a phone called back with in several hrs. and explanation of how to get it to work I am so excited. Great experience!!!
Simple and easy to operate. The snap deposit funtion is amazing and i started getting my money instantly after 1 month of having my account. Depositing the check itself can take a few tries, but its worth it for the instant money. Would recommend.

i have the same issue as someone else, i cant log in, it gets stuck on the retrieving accounts screen and doesnt ever load. yes i have the version with the white letters and blue bg, yes i have tried turning my phone on and off and i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Super easy and convenient. My old bank app was a nightmare just to log in and navigate. I couldn't be happier with my move to this bank and this app.
Garbage! Takes up memory on your phone, but will not launch. Just gives you a screen with their logo and version number will not move on from there. Like all things LGE Credit Union they over-promised and under-delivered
It's the app for the bank. Does the banking, but in an app. Gives me almost all the information I need conveniently. As I don't stress about it, I'd say it's perfect. It does nothing wrong, and no surprises.
I love my credit union, and I love this app! Especially snap deposit. ❤️ This app is so easy to use and the features are very convenient when getting to a physical branch is difficult or impossible.
Worked before the last update. Not functional in any way after the update. Does not appear to be a way to return to a working version. If it works for you now, might be good to avoid updates.
Great app , I've never had a problem with functionality. It has all the tools , snap deposits, debit card controls,transfers...ect.
This has been a fantastic app for tranfers between accounts, is very reliable and questions are responded to quickly. The phone staff has always been very helpful as well.
I love the convenience of transferring funds, paying bills and depositing checks all with my phone. I don't work near a branch and this app does all the work for me. I can get so much accomplished I don't need to go to a branch to conduct banking.
I've used this app for years but it doesnt work anymore. It does not pull up info from my account from my cell. says I have to use the full site. I have deleted and restarted many times. dont know what went wrong. been a prob for about a year.
It's a pretty good app but needs refining. Some screens get stuck and you have to backup or start over. It should have a good once-over by IT.
This app needs Improvement it constantly kicks me off. Sometimes it wont let me log in on my phone with my finger print but will let my wife get on hee phone and we have the same phones. Plus i have terrible experience with this bank.
