Couldnt connect wifi/through mobile. Says 'couldnt authenticate connection' Pls advise.

It works! You have to go into settings on your phone, not the app. Then WiFi and (with the car turned on)connect to the car's WiFi signal. Then go back to the app and exit back to main screen & tap play and the screen should switch to a live feed from the car's camera. You can also now control the car with your phone. That's the key tho - connecting your phone to the car's WiFi signal... It actually says that in car's instructions - "access settings in the mobile". I thought it said in the app.

Seems to work fine. Not great but as a play thing. My phone keeps saying authentication error but a tablet I have works fine. Sometimes video freezes for a few seconds. Not much help searching for troubleshooting.

Seems to fail but all you need to do is find the LH*** on wifi and turn your mobile data on. The camera works well! You can turn mobile data off after you sync it. So far I really enjoy this.

The car network doesnt connect to my device....any solution??

The video is grainy and the connection is not solid , but it has potential with a little tweaking I suppose.

Hey guys the instructions are very misleading, you have to add the batteries to both the car and the remote controller before you will be able to connect to wifi.....

The app doesn't have instructions and therefore controlling the car doesn't connect. Would love some help but no one responding and can't find any documentation online

Hi, we are not able to use the app as some thing is coming in Mandarin.. not able to understand.. fix it for us.. else there is no point buying this product..

2 different phones, diffrent app mix, both freeze. What are you digging for? Why do you need GPS location and why use internet in the background?
