it will not play some of the videos

These are great videos that I have watched on DVD & through their website, but the only video I can get to work through the app is on Martin Luther. I can't seem to find a "feedback" or "contact us" option to request help w/this issue.

The videos are veiwable. But when I try to open the pdfs I get "cannot be opened, the pdf is either corrupted or damaged."

I've used these lessons to teach my children, my wife, & and may even use it to teach at church. Thank you very much for creating such an incredibly useful and informative Bible Study plan!!! God Bless
videos didn't stream. I got a "oops something went wrong" notification so I uninstalled and reinstalled it but still not working.
