it appears to be a payment app. i used it and ut worked fine. i quickly got a notification after submitting credi card change. my rating is based on it being a payment/update app. with it, you can also contact your rep.

This app is not useful. You can not update or make a payment. Hopefully, you are working on this.

Don't bother! You can't check your balance, make or change a payment, or make a reservation. Every module ends in a message to email your request rather than an actual change or delivery of information. I know it's version one but I expected better. Ugh!

No good I need a app that I can book a reservation this is a joke
Not useful at all! Downloaded the app and tried to use to update payment method, but kept getting an error to enter in my email and account number even though they were entered. So then tried to submit a request through the generic inquiry section and the app did similar thing and wouldn't allow me to submit my request there. Ended up having to resort to emailing lhvc like normal. Therefore app is useless.
