Seems like this takes forever to load anything. I'm on a decent speed connection anywhere, and it takes literal minutes to load a page.

Stopped working and keeps saying error processing. Not to mention it hasn't been updated since 2016!

This app does not work. It freezes and crashes on opening. It was last updated in May 2016!

Very badly designed and implemented. I'm very surprised that my local library recommended this app before testing it first. Worse than useless.

Still the worst app. Great idea, so much potential, but totally useless. Need to use the local website instead.

I can't check the box to renew books or for other actions in the app. Not much use now. It used to be great.

Too many pages to go through to get where I want, difficult to do advanced searches and I couldn't put a book on reserve.

Wasnt able to even log in. Super slow and very bad design. Needs urgent improvements

Good idea but... This app is terrible I does not work. it's missing most of the states in the US also the library's are missing. Does not work also needs updates and it has to many issues to work well

Asked for bar code and then wait wait wait but nothing. Wasting my time.

The app is a great idea..but it needs a lot of work it needs to be completely redesigned, it is so hard to find the book your looking for and when you do try and find a book it is extremely slow when loaded it is just a lot simpler to just go on to the internet to do what you need.

Used to LOVE it - now it doesn't work anymore. Can't find my state RI, my lib and can't get into my account. Please Fix. I really liked it.

Needs the ability to sort items due by due date.

The idea of this app is fantastic. The reality is that, unfortunately, it consistently doenst work. Moving between menu options involves lengthy delays or simply returns a blank white screen. I have to restart the app almost each time I access it, and right now, the entire app has crashed and can't be used at all. I was hoping I'd just missed installing an update, but no updates...just an app that won't work 😔

This app was great in the beginning but now there is nothing but problems . I can't search or even request the books I want. It was great requesting books and searching for books I wanted at other libraries. But now it's nothing but a pain

With the latest update can't log in anymore. Otherwise it was nice to get a quick look at what items you had checked out when it worked.

Worked great until recently. Does not display my book listing or account info. My library has updated their site... Are you in sync with their changes?

After scanning Barcode app goes blank. Search function not working. My saved items does not show up in my list. Do something about the app please :/

This app was awesome when it worked but now it just goes blank. Doesn't even navigate anywhere for me. I'm so bummed.

When I first opened this app, I was able to find my library and at least view the catalog. (Wouldn't allow me to sign in however.) Opened it a second time to try signing in and the profile icon disappeared. Opened it a third time (and all the times after I've tried) and all I get is a white screen with the header at the top. Profile icon missing, and now can't even get the option to search for a library to come up. Useless app.
