You need to upgrade the server. It's often unavailable... Really???? I lost many point

The ads ruin everything. The app might be decent, but the ads are extremely invasive, taking you straight to Google Play instead of just letting you close the ad. That alone completely kills the experience, makes you feel like they're forcing you to install it.

It will be good when you are an expert on this trading, in terms of analyzing. But, still it is too difficult to achieve some good results after every trying, in most cases, if you have not more than 20 USD, you are more likely to lose your deposit as well. Please, decrease that first deposit price, because people with a mere amount of money who install this app and hope to win some more. But, when he or she tried firstly and lost the money in most cases never use. Please, decrease it.

First time downloading and the only thing that pops up is, "Cannot connect to server". Bad impression for a first time use.***Update: 8/13, it was reinstalled and I cleared out the data and I am in the same room as the wifi but the message does not go away.

Too complicated to make a withdrawal, looks like they do not want you to take your own money. They tell you to do another deposit using another payment method, but then they ask you for a certificate of why you changed the payment method. Makes no sense to do all this tramitology.

Its a trap. Very high transaction fee. It charges you a lot for any option you touch in the app. Please stay away. I made one transaction and if I tried to see options to increase or close, they charged me huge fee.

Hello Libertex Team. Kindly asking to get control of your "bad gateway" error. This error leads to app access unavailability! I lost control of my trade for about half hour which lead to a minus!! What is your opinion on this? Therefore, only 2 stars. Fix this and it would be more. The app has the simplicifity of the GUI and various trading instruments. In addition, please check your descriptions for bull/bear signals!

VERY UNPLEASENT experience with this app, specifically CUSTOMER SERVICE. I requested a fund withdrawal 12 days ago and still haven't get my money in the bank account. Thus, they charge you between 20-30usd if you have an international bank account. Also, doesn't work with Visa Cards. They told me they would give me a transaction code so I could call the bank and ask them about my money 🙄🤦‍♂️...well, 12 days after they haven't even given me the transaction code.

The app is okay but pls work in the interface it's looking 19th century

Just downloaded the app to give a review. Your ads are the worst! I don't want to be taken to the app store, I just want to close your stupid ad! Having to watch it is one thing, but having to leave the app that I'm using and going to the app store is outrageous. There. Rant over. Now I'm going to uninstall the app.

Their stop out rule is joke. If the stock goes down a certain amount, they have the right to pull all your shares out. Eg etherum went down a certain percentage, and they withdrew everything I invested. I am pretty certain etherium will bounce back, but that should be my choice if I want to remove my investment. Be very aware of this before you choose to decide to use this app.

I've made docens of withdraw request to my visa card, same I use for deposit and the only thing I get is my money getting stuck cause of technical issues. It's been almost a week and still technical issues? Unless this is a scam I don't see any other explanation. Someone from Customer Support recommended me to DEPOSIT MORE MONEY from a bank account and then withdraw... that means loosing more money and I'm not in the mood for that. I WANT AN EXPLANATION AND SOLUTION.

Wow just made an account and recieved a call from the te, since I told the I was at work the lady got mad, was very rude, told me to uninstall and hung up! Very poor customer service.

Still learning how to use it, but I'm having and big issue, the app keeps crashing every now and then, I'd say I'm using a good new phone device so, please fox this issue or let me know any suggestions. I'm very interested in using real money.

I like this app, but it crashes on the background every time it's going to send a notification, which loses the purpose a bit of having it on my mobile.

Very good and and user friendly, but really need to sort out the crashing as I lose money at times since I can not see when to buy or sell.

Just downloaded the app. So far so good. I can see alot of critics below, but at the end of the day if you do enough research about what asset your trading and understand how the market moves then you will be successful. I dont see a problem with the app, im actually quite pleased with the functions that it offers.

The app itself is great however it's very glitchy, I keep getting technical errors and "libertex unavailable" notice while live trading. I keep losing money while the app is down

I have been using this application for a long time so i will start with what I have found positive to negative being fair in my evaluation. Firstly the website and the application works great the consultants that communicate with u are always prompt to help with ur issues. My only problem is that withdrawing is abit difficult and that u dont note accept mastercards for withdrawls this is not nice.

Thanks guys for excellent platform, although I use only demo to lean about 4 months and very good platform excellent service particularly copy trading and signals as well, But there is some technical mistakes that it makes scared traders, for example when price hits my stop loss I lost 5000$ and when I quickly open a new long position in same level for each 6000$ entering long the system has showed Minus $ -2300 the entry commission, I understand it is demo account. But how?

After this last update, I can't access my account, like everything is totally black. I could have rated 0 if there is an option for that. Just imagine what people who have much more cash there would do right now. I really hope you guys aren't trying to scam people of this.

App doesn't work (keeps saying "no response from server") after last update. There are way too many negative reviews, so please actually fix the app and stop suggesting generic-random solutions.

Everything looked good with the demo account, deposited some money, and lost all of it. Trading signals are unreliable, bad experience, want to lose you're money!?, trade with Libertex, no matter if you choose signal or not the trade always move in a losing direction, must be another scam trading company, will never trade with a brokerage again, this was the last time, ripoff-
