Liberty Bank and Trust Company

I got the notification to install the updare. I did. But now when I click on the app, there's only a white screen. Im so irritated, I had plans and needed to transfer some money this afternoon, now i can't. I never should've updated.

I love the simplicity of the app!! Banking made rigjt just for you/me/us.... Customer care is always on point and service is always above standard.... hometown banking right at your fingertips!! Overall... Love it!!! Keep up the great work

App is very glitchy and sometimes seem inaccurate. An update was definitely needed.

It's an easy to use, basic banking app. I'd like to see additional functions, like being able to view and manage credit card account, deposit checks, view credit score, etc.

The app is much appreciated. However I don't get account alerts until HOURS LATER after I make a transaction or use my card somewhere. How will I possibly know if something is going on with my account to take action!!?? Also it would be good to have a few other features... Ex. that allows Turning on and Off Account in case of issues or lost card, etc...

I'm a new customer and the app has been pretty easy to use. It could definitely use an update with more features and I don't get any push notifications at all. Hence, the four-star review.

I have upgraded 2 the 20 ultra and I can not get my banking app to show up on the page I get an all white screen can this bug be fixed ASAP!!!!!

It takes 5 or 6 tries to open.

The app is great, but can definitely use an update and fix some bugs. I dont get any alerts at all.

It has been pretty good. I had trouble one time getting on the sight but it was my internet issues. The app is very convenient.

Great app but it could definitely use more features. Also, the push alerts DO NOT WORK! I've tripled checked my preferencs/settings but I still never receive any alerts.

This app is the best of the best. I love the updated version because it is so easy to use and if I have any questions there is always someone to help. Keep up the great work. There's not anything that I can or want to do to this app. It's the best and once again I say keep up the great work.

I like the new update version of Liberty app, easy tabs, everything runs smoothly, touch here, touch there and it's done.

I cannot get in touch with help if I should need it as quickly as my other bank. Transfers take a long time to show up compared to my other bank. I am trying to rock with though

👎 stars for you Liberty Bank app. This app has not worked in 3 months. It continues to say error try again later. When is later, next year ???? If I could I would take off that one star.

First time using the app, but it was a great experience and I accomplished my first transaction successfully. Loving it already.

Its super convenient. Easy-to-use, no need to be running to the bank too often . Definitely 5*****!

Works well. See acts and make mobile deposits. Haven't tried bill pay not sure if that is on small biz accts.

This app will not work on my phone for some reason . Have been using it for years now it's not working

I cant login for some odd reason. Called the bank and they said everthing on their end is working fine .

Barely functional...needs a lot of work like user interface.

Sometimes it works well, until u need info in the middle of the night
