Can't use the app in it's current state. I am out of state often, and must use mobile deposit to pay my credit card by check from another account. I had to have someone local deposit money on my behalf in order to pay on time. It has been down for me for over two weeks. you've gotta fix it, LFCU! I have uninstalled and reinstalled like many reviews insist, but still nothing. EDIT 1/2/2019 App works again, we'll see how it goes in future.
App cannot handle camera flip. Trying to take a landscape photo of the check when trying to deposit, but the app crashes. It also saves the images on my phone. That's probably a bit of bad practice
Overall not a bad mobile banking application. It isn't as intuitive as others I have used. My biggest complaint for it is that it saves images of my mobile deposits in my photo gallery. These should be purged by the app when the transaction is complete.
In the last few days the app hasn't worked I've tried everything to see if it will work again, but it doesn't. This really bugs me since its convenient for me to look at my account when I have no time to go to a bank all the the time and use an atm machine. Thanks
Mobile check deposit does not work for me. The app does not allow me to select an account in which to deposit my check. It's been like this for a long time. It just so happens that the times I've tried to make a mobile deposit have been on weekends and after hours, so I don't know whether that makes any difference. Please fix this glitch, LFCU.
This app is not user friendly whatsoever! Something as simple as fingerprint ID for security they say it's available but there's nowhere on the app to change it!
there has been 2 new updates within the last few days and it still isn't working. it's been down for awhile now, and it was suggested I uninstall it and reinstall it, it works for about an hour, then stops. please get this fixed.
The app is very user friendly. I like being able to see all of my accounts in one place. One downside is that you can't connect it to other websites or apps.
Pretty basic and unable to mobile deposit. And i cant search previous check deposits under the option it shows. Not that great of app
The new update won't save my password or when I try to use my thumb print the app doesn't recognize and it just shuts my screen off.
Does not accept my user credentials. But the same credentials work fine on my Desktop device. Am uninstalling the mobile app.
I have no way of transferring money into my accounts. Why did you mess up the app? And online as well!!
No mobile deposit and half of the time it times out when trying to login and check balance
Y'all need to fix it even with the update you try to get into it and you can't.

Finally works, just had to uninstall and reinstall the app. version 5.4.22
Horrible bank, they'll charge you fees just like Wells Fargo. They'll let you deposit money but fight you when you want to spend it any where but the city you're in
This is a awsome bank and the people are great in Seward Nebraska 🙂

Very robust app. I can do everything from the Mobile app that I can from the website.

Everytime I try to use the mobile banking it never works, once I get logged it, it never shows anything, very dissapointed with their mobile banking not just the app.
Would be great if check deposit actually worked. It's incredibly frustrating when you think a function is available but it's not, especially around times when funds are actually needed. All it does is allows me to enter check amount, capture photos of checks and when I submit, it logs me out and I have to login again and start over. Tried deleting and redownloading app. All phone allowances are correct in phone. Very disappointed

I can log into my account, but when the app goes to load up my information for my checking and savings accounts it says an error has occurred. It's been like this for almost 2 weeks now, and the update didnt fix the problem either. Please fix the app, because I downloaded it to know exactly how much I have. The only thing I can view on the app.is my profile info, and nothing else. Please fix this, and other issues in the new update.
