OK I never once said I was opting out, at least the 15% is better than no discount at all. If someone reads this please understand I NEVER VOLUNTARILY OPTED OUT, any discount is needed because of the state I live in has outrageous insurance rates besides. PLEASE ENROLL MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.

Have this downloaded to increase my discount. Have had to reload it three times in 21 days as it constantly crashes. Did not record any of my trips today. How can it be trusted to measure speed and braking when it doesn't record an entire trip. Can't wait till the 90 days are up so I can delete this forever

To the higher ups in liberty mutual..YOU NEED TO IMMEDIATELY FIRE THE SCHMUCK WHO DEVELOPED THIS APP... i mean come on you have 5000 reviews and only 1.5 and no improvements... uuuuuuhhhh. You think there might be a problem. You wouldn't even get a 1 but i had to just write this review.

The app will penalize you for making a sudden stop if you encounter a red light while driving the speed limit on a city street. The only way to avoid this would be to run the light, and I'm assuming that the insurance company would object to that.

I can't even login nor register, yet I'm able to on the main LM app. This would probably be better with higher accuracy if you have a companion device that plugged into the OBD port in your vehicle

I downloaded this app didn't go anywhere but i did drop my phone a few times. Then it shows 3 star for braking. On the days that i didn't leave the house it says i had poor acceleration. This is a joke. 5 star on both but only got 10% discount.

I'm a BRAKING MACHINE!It's based on 7mph per sec.This program is set up for you to fail.Gives false readings saying hard stop or rapid acceleration.Called and sent email and was told the program is working.I know, I am not the best driver in the world, but do know when I hard brake or sudden acceleration.I take responsibility when I do so, but dont tell me the program is correct.It had me driving through a building and lawns as my recorded drive.I will take any discount, but app and program need work!

It's very unreliable. Sometimes it would completely fail to acknowledge that I was driving. Other times it would drop my percentage even though it said nothing was wrong with my drive (and no,) it wasn't for late driving. It also continues to say I'm driving even though I've been home for an hour.

Run the yellow lights. Do not make complete stops at stop signs. If you must stop (red lights coming up) use 4-5 car lengths to slow down from 40 to zero MPH. Any discount is better than 0%.

I am more than happy to participate in this program. With the assistance of a representative I located and downloaded the app. Since that point well over an hour ago I have been attempting to register as prompted at the app's start screen. I have been receiving a network error ever since. How can I utilize an app that will not even register my profile?

Rocky start. But as others have stated, once enrolled in the RightTrack program you have to wait until you get an email from RightTrack saying to go ahead and download the app and register. If you try to register beforehand, you'll get an error screen. Minus one star for the confusing start-up/registration procedure which was not well explained by my agent. As far as the app goes...pretty straight forward and does what it says it will. After the app records a "trip," you have 72 hours to confirm whether or not you were the driver, or a passenger. I've been using it for several days and thus far have a 28 percent discount. Just remember to take it easy for the 90 day evaluation period. Also, make sure every driver on your policy participates (and drives good), because your final discount is an average of everyone on the policy. No noticeable battery drain on my phone, But then again I have a Droid Turbo with an insane battery capacity. Follow up: After nearly 60 days, we too have been whacked with several braking/accelerating events that make us shake our head in confusion. Been driving like I'm 865 years old and still get events from time to time. Much to sensitive...

It marks you wrong. It logs me for braking fast or acceleration when I'm driving good. Very weird app. I know it's also based on your cell carriers service too. But if I'm not breaking hard it shouldn't be counted against me.

This app will take forever to start my journey and then shows me going from 0 to 60 in seconds and the same at the end, records for half an hour after I'm done and shows 60-0. Nice way to scam people out of a decent discount. Should have a button that you can manually start and stop at least instead

Not only does this app eat battery life, it is very inaccurate. If you set the setting to only upload data when connected to wifi, it never uploads, it just continually clocks. The only way that I have found to stop the clocking is to uninstall and reinstall the app. This, of course, loses the trip that was in progress. I'm guessing, based on some of the trip 'events', that if the app loses signal, it thinks you've stopped and logs fast braking. Then when you hit a spot where you have a signal, it's as if you went from 0 to 50 immediately, which logs as a fast acceleration. They either need to go back to the device that is connected to the car, or get a new app!

Horrible app. Doesn't always start while driving, stays on all time, kills battery and is very frustrating. Not what I expected. Many improvements are needed.

I've had this app for two days and haven't driven differently than the first day. I've been flagged for two events on the second day. One for braking and one for accelerating. This is seriously designed to go against you.

I can't login using my email address or the username that was emailed to me. Tried using the default password and the one I changed it to from the website. Can't register, since I'm already registered.

Wanted to get the discount and the app worked great at first. Then noticed issues with battery usage, phone over heating, and ended with sim card damage. Have to uninstall with 24 days left.
