Was working perfectly fine but ever since late october I haven't been able to log in. I always get an error about authentication failure. I even changed my password ro make 100% sure I wasn't using the wrong info. Please fix asap.
Recent update disables access, says stock Sprint phone is rooted, which it isn't. Do NOT Install!! Has happened on both my phones, an LG and Samsung.
Lousy. This app and website are the worst for navigating, trying to link bank accounts, it's not even useless friendly. I'm assuming the money they save on making useful online experience they should be making hand over foot
This app is simple to use. If I ever had a problem, customer service always gets things done promptly. However, I miss them because there haven't been any problems recently.

I never trust the available balance, I've had so many issues with it ....I'd rather log in on the web not the app!!
I cant even check my account because the app keeps closing out on my as soon as I open it.
For the last few weeks after an update to android, the app fails to start.

So far so great! I am extremely technology challenged. This is pretty simple to use. I just hope I can figure out what I have to do to deposit checks with a picture instead of coming to bank to do it.. Well an update at 8/18/20, months ago I called & customer svc helped me step by step on how to set up the account so that I could take pictures of checks to deposit. She was super patient & helpful, with her help I was able to set it all up & it was pretty simple! I love this bank :)
