App doesn't work! I had no problems with it until I got a new phone. More up to date than my last so it shouldn't be any software issues. I re-downloaded the app and I can't even get pass the logo screen to even attempt to login. It won't load up. Now I have to go to the web to sign in every time. The convenience of the app is very important 😒 🤦🏾♀️
Great tool to check balances and transfer funds however certain functions are still disabled such as check deposit. This option has been on the app for well over year and we are still not able to utilize it. It would be great to have the convenience of skipping the line when needing to deposit a check.
So far I like the new updates added to the app. Hopefully I won't have any issues like I've experienced in the past with log in. Also I think it's great that I can now be linked to and access my credit report via this app. Let's see if Liberty Savings can keep up with solving technical issues and keep this app running smoothly.

When you have a problem, call the branch. Once fixed, update your reviews. This is a small FCU. OUR NEIGHBOURS. It deserves a decent rating & review.
It does not allow you to deposit checks over the app although there is an option for it. This app is just an easier an quicker way to check your account. It does not allow you to access other things like other banking apps.
This new update is horrible. Most of the functionalities we loved about the app have been removed. The app locks me out everyday. I call to unlock my account and later in that same day it locks me out. We have 2 accounts with liberty that we can't connect with this new update. We had these accounts connected in previous versions for years. Why do I have to log in the a web browser to conduct my banking business when you have an app. Definitely thinking of switch credit unions after 12 years.
Is not working any more,it jus said the application has violate security policies and will be shut down
The app is functional but really lacking compared to what other banks make available. You can basically check balances and make internal transfers, that's about it.
For the most part the app is decent because it gives you access to your available balance. However, if it isn't the fact that your password "doesn't" work, it's the fact that your reflected balance is less than what it should be and the most recent transactions are not reflecting.
App went blank after asking to update it.
Not working correctly. It's not giving me the option to log in with my finger print as it normally does all of it sudden it just stopped

This app changes too much and make it difficult to log in when changes are made. It's just too much going on when there's an update.
Convenient. LSFCU needs to incorporate the ability to deposit checks electronically using cellphones and the ability to pay for items utilizing your cellphone instead of the actual physical card. This will help during this COVID-19 crisis.
This app is not working on my phone it continues to state, "An error has accused please call for assistance" it does not let me open the app at all it just keeps repeating the same thing every time I try to open it..
Would be a five star rating but neither on the app or now the online site can I check my transactions for my credit card. This is a big glitch that needs to be rectified assp.
Useful for transfers and checking my balance. It would be nice if the online check deposit feature would finally come online.

Quite often the app gives me an error message when I try to use instant balance or log into my account.
This app is not letting me login the app only opens for about 1 sec and it closes ive deleted the app cleared the cacha etc
There app is always crashing also there live chat for help takes forever sometimes never and never let's me get in the app

LSFCU member for over 19yrs, this is a good start app. Has so much more potential. Works with Zelle, $Cash App, GooglePay, Google Send, and Venmo, and PayPal.
Love the bank, but it's online app is antiquated. Could use better online options.
Terrible app. Pin verification number that is sent to you never works.

The glitch issue with the app was resolved just in time when I most needed the app. The app is very user-friendly and convenient. Thanks again for resolving the glitch issue, I do appreciate it.
