4.6 Is BS just Google liberty cab reviews. If I Could Give Less Stars I would the automated system hardly works can hardly find a cab I wait for an hour most of the time .when making a reservation the drivers show up when they want I'll be glad when Uber and lyft take over they are both cheaper anyway and you know how much your ride will cost in advance with those two. And why do the liberty drivers assume I don't want my receipt when I pay with my bank card? Notice how everyone who had anything to actually type didn't praise them,stars are from staff. Just Google liberty cab reviews and you will see, sure wish I had before making a reservation and counting on them for something important.

Horrible service every single time uber and lyft are so much more reliable and estimated time wait is never more than 5 minutes. Liberty will tell you anytime knowing they are still even looking for a cab to come get you and when the driver sees that your fare isn't a lot of money they drive to your location and pull off and lie and say it was a no show so they don't have to take you .worst cab company ever
Works a lot better than Liberty's outsourced dispatch system, usually booked within minutes, but recently it glitched out and had to wait two hours to get picked up. A mixed bag but not terrible.
