Would love to use the app but when I start it it starts running in an endless loop and won't load. I use a late model Android phone and have never had this problem with a media app.

I love this app. Very informative and current. Just the facts.. real news! I would have given it 5 stars except I can't post comments because I forgot my password and there doesn't seem to be a way to recover/reset it. Can someone help??
