I have to reinstall at least once a week, which means going through all the security and set up steps. All I get is a blank white screen, app won't load
they entered my email incorrectly and now I have to go tobthe bank, why can't I fix, I've been dealing with problem today for 4 hours now. no one knows how to do anythin..very unhelpfu
Consistently forces you to uninstall and reinstall to regain basic functionality.
Semi broken. I have to reinstall it constantly to get into my account.
keeps freezing so u cant enter ur login. so u have to reinstall the app.
Terrible app Always says invalid username/pw even tho its right. App always lagging. Terrible user experience
I don't need to be forced into an "update", unnecessary and incredibly irritating.
Can use fingerprint . doesnt remember password . cant change auto pay

Nov. 9 update fixed the constant crashing. Raising my review to two stars for now. Hoping the other bugs are worked out as this app used to be unusable...
Still crashing and useless. How hard can it be to keep your customers happy? Are you begging me to change banks?? STILL CRASHING AS OF DECEMBER 4
This app used to be pretty good. But whatever update they rolled out has made it basically unusable. I have to constantly reinstall the app. It will work for a day or two, but then get the dreaded "This service is momentarily unavailable. Try again or come back later" error message, and the only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's incredibly frustrating and ruins an otherwise good app. They need to fix this as soon as possible. (I'm running on a Pixel 2 XL on Android 8.1)

I love wintrust bank but the app they provide is never working correctly. Every few weeks I have to reinstall the app to make it work the way before. And now im having an issue where they "Are currently unable to process my request" to access the mobile deposit feature to deposit a check. And that's it there is no information just telling me its not working so should I wait an hour or is this going to be a week long fix? Really infuriating
