α Library (by Sony)

Poor design. Poor performance. App will not rotate to landscape with tablet rotation but some random pages do rotate by themselves. So it goes back and forth between portrait and landscape. No "back" button. You can't back up to previous pages. No "close" button. App crashes indiscriminately. Just like Sony cameras this app is convoluted and in perpetual beta mode.

I really want to like this app, but when I'm reading lessons or checking out lenses, going backwards will leave to page blank spoiling the experience, forcing me to restart the app, on order to go to the desired content. Please fix.

Really bad user experience. Constantly freezes, and very unclear what you where supposed to do in it.

Rubbish app. Says no internet connection. Doesn't work at all.

i cant access the food lessons. have to repeatedly open and close app just to go back to last content on my samsung galaxy j4+

Please, check 5 lesson. "Shoot Delicious Looking Food" This is not the fifth lesson. The sixth is loading.

Half baked. Massive download for database. Slow. Seems a static database. Can get same and more up-to-date data via browser and quicker

It looks nice, has some generall tips, but most important thing: lenses database dont download. I tried on many different networks. Always download error. Also after general tips no more advanced tips or tups for specific camera/lens type. It is informative but when i will be able to dl main catalog .. i will rate better.

Really liked the style of this app, but the new portrait format is really disappointing. The update says "Now compatible with phone and tablet" but you have now sacrificed the lovely landscape tablet app to work with phones....

Do not like that it forces you to get newsletter and third party access. Will not sign up till this is changed.

Stupid and boring app. I had downloaded lenses in previous app. But when the app updated the downloaded files have vanished. Now when I am downloading the lenses again the download fails. Internet speed is not an issue as I am able to download movies but the issue is only downloading lenses and search from the app. Better fix the issue at the earliest. Regards

Excellent app. Love the lessons, lenses and guides. Keep improving this please.

Getting better... Still needs work

Good to get you started with your camera and photography. Big downside is inability to move content to SD card which is something that you will want to do as currently entire material will take 1GB of your internal storage.

Sony, really, you can do much better than this. Glossy, but useless. Uses lots of megabytes to provide only basic info, any decent amateur knows already.

I really hate this app; it's useless! Just a lot of unnecessary fluff. Give us information we can use; upcoming new lenses, instructions, ideas, accessories, etc. This app is absolute garbage!!

If you shoot Sony, this helps.
