The LibrasTI is an application created by PET-SI / UFRRJ (Tutorial Education Program of the Federal Rural University Information Systems of Rio de Janeiro) in extension partnership with NAPNE (Support Center for People with Special Needs) of the IFSC Campus Chapecó the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina - Chapecó Campus. The application aims to promote the inclusion of deaf in technology through the popularization and dissemination of information technology.
According to Census 2010 the IBGE, 5% of the population. The LibrasTI is an application that uses videos of terms in computer area POUNDS. The LibrasTI is totally free of cost and facing the Android platform, it does not require internet connection and can be used anywhere by anyone.
