Hi Team, lot of bugs are there in the application, Application gets close automatically. Mobile back button close the entire application. Many features related to agents are not available which makes this app worthless. Provide more UI friendly and features so that agent can have information properly about the clients.

POOR QUALITY MAINTENANCE. VERY PATHETIC. UNABLE TO LOGIN ALWAYS INDICATED NETWORK PROBLEM DESPITE A GOOD QUALITY WIFI. THE APPLICATION HAS BECOME PATHETIC. UNABLE TO LOGIN SINCE A MONTH. MANAGEMENT IS SLEEPING AND HELPLESS.

Unable to open the app, as "Lic Mitra" option is overlapping at login tab. Unable to open the app. Pls correct the option sothat can login smoothly as earlier. Option for Premium reminder sending to customer sms & mail is not available in new Version. Which is very required tool. Pls add that as was earlier.

This new update version is not good. It has removed the message reminder functionality and now it does not show the premium due on the screen. Message reminder features should be back. As I was able to remind the customers of their due premium. I know that LIC do send the reminder to customers, how the reminder facility was good as we could send the reminder when we wanted to anytime.

App is very useful and I am really thankful for providing such tool. I am not so happy with newly added chat boat Icon which is disturbing app view. Kindly keep it optional and add option to remove it from main screen.

Need improve so many things. out of 100 now 30% only use for Agents. remaining 70% need to be improve improve improve, SMS reminder is not working and so many featurs should add up other wise not that much of use for agents.

Its is a big shame for lic for developing such low response application, basially this review is for developers, bro, LIC is not a startup Company. We agents need data fast and without any delay, our clients paying huge premium to lic. Now my advice for LIC Department responsible for this application, what the hell are you doing for your company, just having monthly salary's hikes and noodles. Agents are hardworking for policies and you dirty employees enjoys all those benefits. Damn

The app is average. After last update they have removed a very helpful feature of being able to send SMS and email for premium due. would like to have this feature back. It does not give proper results while searching policy by name.

Very poor informations. We want more facilities like entire inforce policy list, Reduced paid up list Nearing 6 months list. In this app only current month reneval list is available. No way it is better than the previous one. Make it user friendly. Please go through other private apps and have discusdions with agents regarding the requirments. We are the end users.

Its worst application. After every 5 to 10 minutes one has to relogin. There is no provision so that an agent can send reminders to his / her clients in advance. Many times it is seen that it takes time to show updates. It is not showing premium paid certificates of my clients who have paid their premiums in Sept ie. last month. Some private applications have more options than this application of world's largest insurance company.

GST on Insurance is stable since 4 years. Why LIC is not showing Premium Renewal/ Revival not showing including GST in the website/app. This is very big DRAWBACK. manual calculation of GST for the agents is a big task while customer asks his due payment. App doesn't have sufficient features like private apps gives. They are thefting whole lic customer database easily. Is that fine???

Disappointing to see that the in app SMS alert feature about renewals, is still not brought back. It was the only best thing present in the app. Please bring back the feature to send SMS alert about renewals within the app like before. Hope to see the improvement soon.

LIC does not trust their agent, we are having trouble viewing our customer data, there are a lot of errors in this application, a lot needs to be corrected, details of each of our customers are policy number and name in year wise list format. Also, write the premium and due date in the renewal SMS. The most important thing is that the developers do not even respond to your review, they are proud of their work, if someone gives good advice, they do not even take it into consideration.

Pathetic app. The older third party applications were way too easier than this one. And this so called multilevel authentication is a headache. No useful feature in there. Very poorly designed app. Lic should give features that were earlier available in other apps.

it's good but do not permit us to use it in multi device. Here we are bound to use it in a single instrument. Sometime we have a bettery Problem that, we fase this problem. Not only that, OTP which is a link to open Portal ... also we receive late. Intead of time consuming matter like this, Portal to be free to use in multi device.... or by user i'd and password.

Totally worst app. particularly in client services. we can't see policy details. Due premiums in list view like old portal. There is no need to upgrade as worst like it. Strongly recommended to avail access of old agents portal.

The view of premium due statement is not at all suitable for follow up with the customer. It should be a list like one I used to get from LIC every month. Every item like due list, default list etc should be in the form of Consolidated list.

very basic application, much more improvement needed. some improvement can be.. 1. policy premium statement for year is should come with person name as person can have multiple policy. 2. Surender value of policy tab is needed. 3. tax certificate for policy holder is needed. 4.greeting card features are not working properly. 5.options to send to premium remember sms. 6. make login process more smooth. 7. fetch more accurate policy status as sometimes cheque can bounce or any issues.
