One of the worst app I have a ver used in my entire life.I have to accessed the app to pay premium but every time I am trying to login getting network error.Also i have uninstalled the app and install again butno luck. i have also tried to reset the password but captcha is not getting generated.Complete waste of time and effort absolutely nonsense app.

For every activity the app says unable to connect to internet. If we go back to home screen via home screen button or back button it says your session expired. I haven't expected app with full of bugs from such biggest organization like LIC. Please to proper testing before releasing the into market. Better late than early non working app

Very Poor,,,,, not working....only shows unable to connect to network. Asking for changing the mpin for security reasons, but how it possible if it show unable to connect try later, very disappointed,,it was good enough before 2 months ago, but now it is horrible,, I am unable to make online payment for my lic premium

I have logged in many times. But now it either shows incorrect user ID or incorrect password. I want this issue to be solved as soon as possible as everytime there is an error while doing advance premium payments.

Can be considered one of the worst app ever (however the web portal doesn't work too) . Trying to login since a month to pay LIC premium, never able to login, always "network error" Luckily found an option to pay via Paytm. Else LIC will fine us for late payments even though their own portals doesn't work

Useless app. Unable to login. It always shows Network error even though there is network available. Even can't login to the Customer Portal. Same error there too. Pathetic experience. LIC of India, please look into it at the earliest. How could you roll out such a buggy app where customer is not able to login itself?

There is no option of upi payment by phone pe in bill desk. Not user friendly app. Private players having gud and user friendly app. This app seems 10 years ago app. Pls consult with private players for making user friendly app. When putting mpin for login, it does not show numeric keypad instead it shows whole keyboard with alphabets

Please remove the feature LIC mitra in the app, its not working and continuesly show on the front screen won't use any other features because of it, and its show the internal source code only. I am unable to use this app and renual my policy before due date. The app not working properly. Please fix this problem ASAP.

Damn it!! Why the hell i am not able to login? It says network error everytime. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it but all in vain. Earlier it was good enough but now it is pathetic. There's no use of this app if you are not able to login.

I have not seen such a bad app till date and it is such a bad app that the word for it is also very short and the website of (LIC) is also very bad, even after having ID password, I do not login to pay premium ( LIC app and website) Amla of wastage of money and nothing else. (That's my personal point of view )

Very buggy app and lags at every instance. Even when connected to network, shows connect to network error. Everything takes ages to load. Pathetic experience on this app.

Too many bugs..always showing unable to connect the network and if we login, immediately it is showing that your session is expired..feeling exhausted while using this app within one day..

Poor performance. User interface is not good. Performance wise this App is very bad . I don't know why company like this have such a poor performance application. Can't generate otp with in a time it takes hours to generate single otp. Login in takes much time. Even if the internet strength is 4G+ it takes hours to log into the application. Totally poor application.

Such a pathetic app and service, can't even access LIC website on phone even when accessing from compatible browser of Chrome. After entering the user name and password the pop up error msg comes, "please enter password". Please get some good developers and get your website atleast compatible with mobile devices 🙏 or atleast fix your bugs in app. Even tried resetting the password and after entering OTP it tells, please enter OTP 🙄

Not at all user friendly, there is no direct indication for a required purpose. For egs.,to pay a premium you will have to check on many tabs before you can find it. Only people with high patience need to download this App😄

Password resetting problem. Password reset has plenty of conditions. At the final stage it asks us to change something. We change as requirement. Finally it asks for resend otp. This irrational process is responsible for growth of other Companies. This app treats customers as applicants of clerical posts. To just login we have to pass several tests.

This is Bad application they developed. Every time it's show's network error and transcation is very slow. Most of the time this app will not work.

I installed this app yesterday and when I try to edit my Address and then I found in the App there is one bug where we can not able to select Country from the Drop-down. @lic-tech-team kindly look this issue.

No provision to amend the Nomination through the app or portal.. Even Banks have this option of changing the nominee for deposits through their internet banking.. Then why not for LIC.. Please add this feature in the app and portal immediately.. It is irritating to go to your branch offices for doing these simple changes..

LIC is one of the underrated gov't firm where there employees never respond to the customer needs. I have initiated a policy in the year 2020 by completing all the medical procedures and submitted the required documents. But so far there is no response from LIC about the status of that. With this kind of approach how can we believe LIC and how can we trust to take a policy in LIC where employees taking years to respond. Very upset with LIC Vizag branch people and LIC deserves a negative rating.

One of the worst app I have ever seen. Totally useless, poor design, super slow experience and unable to use very basic features.

Please don't buy the policies from Lic, because they use your finances for them but when it comes to returns, they ask everything, that you should visit the home branch with all documents otherwise they will never pay, and agents are fraud, they took up your money but never deposit. please never buy LIC plans, invest anywhere, anywhere but not in LIC. RIP

Worst App, lots of improvements needed. I am amazed how a company like LIC can provide such a 3rd class App for customers. Today I logged in twice to complain about SMS not being sent on my new number which is already updated in my profile section 1 Year back. And the complaint section is designed with very limited option. You will only find those things which is in the intrest of Company. In the Complaint Description section, while writing you cannot use "comma", "?" not even "full stop" very d

Oh it is horibale. Who founded this app, certainly if he is infront of me, we can lern from him like a primary school student. When we give the policy number automatically it must take whatever the necessary needed. Second thing, it is very very horrible to put the password, normal person unable to put the password. We will put only four digits for our ATM card card, who will theft our app here, why he put horrible password making system. It is very very bad.

Completely useless. Most of the time it doesn't work. Can't imagine that they manage biggest amount of money in public sector in India when they can't have a bug free app for over 4 years. This is highest level of incompetence from their end.

Its a worst app, poor ui, mostly problematic when you sign in, it does not display full screen just show send verification link and mostly server they used are poor, always connection error and not working otp, just ridiculous app, i suggest company instead lounching ipo s on stock market first improve service of app and your earning tools.
