Pay Direct - It allows users to make direct payment of Renewal Premium, Loan Interest and Loan Repayment.
View Transaction Status - Customer can view the status of payments done using PayDirect option.
App provides a simple three step process to make the payments.

LIC app is operating in 2010s. App is too slow and takes forever to load. LIC should really work on their degital businesses else they will keep loosing market share to the private insurance companies. It took me 40 mins in this app to pay premium. Unbelievable!!!!!
Yesterday I made premium payments didn't receive any receipts for the same neither the fup has been updated. There is no provision to check your Past transactions. Needs alot of improvement. Hope some one takes this Feedback seriously.
This app not working properly All information submitted but payment not done. If you want to get receipt it's very difficult to submit date of transaction,app must be updated to view receipt as per policy number payment for month or year.
Very easy and convenient way to pay the premium. A very good experience to pay with.
Not at all useful. After paying premium I am unable to download receipt. As it is showing no such transactions.
Premium amount should be displayed automatically when lic number is entered , every time correct amount is needed to enter while proceeding further because of this the app is of no use .
Very simple and quick method to pay premium online.... But feed back is very poor to ensure transition as soon as it's completed. If I have paid repeatedly by fault for same policy to which I have paid earlier..... Then provision for get it returned be metioned there. Repeated payments may not be accepted... Rejection provision must be there.
One of the worst that lic is making. All other insurance companies working in ease but lic is making it more complicated than ever. First rule for any app is it should be easy to the customer. Lic is failed in that. Lic is having lot of money, they can build an app to automate the process of paying premiums.
The amount to be deducted real amount after addition has to be put up after checking old policy receipts which is headache .Please whenever this policy apps are made must be up-to-date to avoid any inconvenience to the customer using this app long but no improvement found since begning when I have installed this app.
First page - - history. As we enter for payment hostory app ask exact date of payment. How could I remember every transactions date?
One of the worst app I have encountered in my entire life. Whenever you try to pay any premium for any policy it would say that details are incorrect and not matching to their records, check your internet connection whereas I am connected to a wifi. Pathetic app. Slow. After entering the same details 20 times, then the app would finally proceed for payment. Please rectify.
A hassle-free application. Easy to use and complete all transaction.Application should be upgraded to enable browsing of current policy status by OTP or email.
Every time I try to proceed to pay this app shows that I ve no internet connection and advise me to check the Internet connection but whereas all other apps and live tv and streaming is running on my phone. There must be some problems in the app. I would like to give zero stars but sorry guysthis option is unavailable.
Everytime I hit the submit button after entering the policy details for premium payment it loads for 2 minutes and gives the incorrect error message of weak internet connection. Please fix this LIC. I'm being delayed on paying my premium amount because of this for which I'm sure I won't get any concession on the fine. This issue also persist on web and hence no way of paying the premium amount online.
The app is not customer friendly. Please, modify the app to accept the payments with policy number only. provide the customer details with policy number. I have tried several times for premium payment, all the times I have noticed that, 'details have not matched with our records'. Please, don't waste customer time.
The main thing which should be done is worst you can't view transaction until you don't get your receipt on email and it takes a hell lot of time nearly an hour to get the receipt on mail. Worst experience. How will India be digital if such things happen from such a renowned organisation. Very bad experience from my side
*USELESS APP !!!* Connectivity is pathetic. Doesn't connect for many minutes. (connection of other apps / devices is perfectly fine.) POORLY designed !!! When connected, it asks for full personal details (policy number, amount, email, mobile number), for EACH policy... instead of giving an option to select policies with pending premium payment. I have 10 policy premiums to be paid today, and CANNOT waste hours to make payment thru this dysfunctional app! Wake up LIC! Do something properly with all the money you have in your pockets!
There should be an option when we give our policy number, it should show the premium's actual amount or the amount without tax to be paid. Everytime we cant enter the amount to find out. It should be as simple as, enter the policy number and amount displayed, done but its not. Also there is no link to contact developer or support in app. Height of irresponsibility being a govt app. App is still in version 0, since from ages it got an update. Tax and evrything gets updated, ahen will you..!??
I don't know why you need all the details to accept payment. Just policy number should be fine. I have an account where email is not given. But still email id is mandatory. There are more fileds like date of birth which is required to initiate the payment process. But if you go to other platforms like phonepe or gpay only folio number is sufficient. Don't understand the logic behind this. Please make the necessary changes so that payment process is hassle free. Thank you.
The app does the job. But some basic features like setting up an user account so that you don't have to enter the details everytime you pay a premium is highly needed. Hope the devevelopers see to this.
After submitting all correct details of policy showing message your details are not match. useless app.
WHILE PAYING PREMIUM APP IS ASKING FOR POL NO, DOB, EMAIL, MOB, AND PREMIUM AMOUNT. YOU SHOULD TRY TO CUT SOME DETAILS LIKE PREMIUM AMOUNT AS IT IS NOT REMEMBERED BY US.
After input the policy number, amount, dob, email id, mobile no. And pressed 'proceed' button, then payment details, OTP, it shows "transaction failed". I tried three times, each time i got same result. So, it is a worst app. It not work.
Very worst app. Premium payment receipt or information is not available immediately after online payment.
Worste app I have ever seen. I'm able to install the App from app store without any network issue but when I try to pay the premium after entering the info it is asking me to check the network. Even I'm able to post the comment in play store without any network issue

Totally useless app. It is not user friendly. When I opened it asked for several details like, email, date of birth, phone number and instalment premium. I gave all particulars correctly and since my bond is pledged with LIC, I don't remember the installment premium. So it does allow me to go forward. This is utter nonsense. When I am making you a payment and you are not paying me anything... what is your problem in accepting the payment? That is the reason Govt organisation's never move on
Horrible experience. After entering all details, it's really difficult to complete the payment process. Repeatedly the app is asking to check internet connection though the phone was connected to wifi network. Please fix this issue.
