LIEFERHELD - PIZZA PASTA SUSHI

I've had few issues, mainly when an order shows that it will be delived within 45 min, and after few minutes (30 min) later its turns into 1 hours then 2 hours. It is silly that there won't be any option to cancel, you simply have to pay and wait. There is an option to write message to support, who in my case didn't reply at all. Fortunately there are many other apps which has better / more responsive support at least, example of good experience with support was with Wolt.

practically speaking, customer support doesn't exist for Lieferando. more than one order delayed more than one hour and no chat or telephone support to call, the only way is email and they don't reply or try to reconcile you .. deleting the app after this order is delivered, if it ever gets delivered!

The only you still exist is that you still have the biggest selection. Hopefully soon enough you won't

Hi team, i know all the apps are now integrated under one application lieferando. but its not nice. your UI was good and pricing was much better for order delivery. this new app is like robbery. may shows it has delivery charge which was free with yours. and minimum order turned from 20€ to 30€. thats way high. not really liking it. if possible try to do something. thank you.

after lieferando bought them, they rebuilt the app, and it's pretty bad from a usability perspective. there's a lot of unnecessary scrolling. payment options and delivery were lost. the bank redirect doesn't work (I'm not even sure what it's supposed to be for). i will be using pizza.de or foodora from now on

Lieferheld doesn't allow users to register with non-german phone number (or to simply not add a phone number). I contacted their support and got a confirmation that indeed at the moment it's not possible, so sadly, I won't be using this service. Edit because of the comment I just got: The first thing I did was send an email about this (even before contacting support), so it shows how your app support works and how much you actually check the feedback you get (i.e. you don't check it). Stop sending automated replied to one star reviews, it helps noone. Work on quality of your app instead.

It was super odd to see my order 'has been delivered' while the last minute it said 19 minutes. Not even a pop up to confirm with me. Probably the driver / restaurant fear there is a delay and say it's been delivered. Very bad app experience.

I would give the app full points for its built and easy use, however, recently, i discovered that in spite of having over 500 loyalty points, when it comes to actually redeeming the points for some offer, i get to see only 15 points when in reality i have redeemed only 2 offers so far. It seems like the app wouldn't want me to use the points to actually avail some goodies/offers, disappointing!!!

Its a solid app and is great for quickly getting something to eat. The interface is a bit confusung, however and navagating through the menus comes off a bit as a chore. All in all, definitly a good choice for the student who wants something for dinner.

App was looking good, running great. But since the newest update it looks way worse, everything feels a bit more clunky. It doesnt save your adress anymore etc. Its just utter garbage compared to the older version of the app.

Used to be a great app with very good usability, then the redesign happened. The new version is clunky, looks horrible and is unable to save convenient information such as the address. Please give us the old GUI back.

Terrible experience overall, especially after being taken over by Lieferando.de. I have problems in ever other order. App let's you order from closed restaurants without any warning that they are closed, which is specially problematic when you save favorites. Since they AR always on top, even when closed

It was a great app until lieferando came in without a warning, now the prices went up and you do not have the ability to just round up to the minimum amout of money that needs to be paid for a delivery. You are forced to pay more, so that you pass the minimum. In conclusion : Was great, got very bad with lieferando

Several bad experiences with them: Once, I waited my delivery for more than 1h (while the food tracker was stuck on "+2 min" for more than 45 min) to finally receive a message that my food was successfully delivered. It actually never came. So I wrote to them to be refunded and they didn't reply to me for at least another 2 weeks! Another time, they charged me 22€ for an ordered that didn't go through (error message). So I went through the checkout again and they charged me, AGAIN! Good job guys

Perfect diet app! Went through the trouble of setting a paypal account. Used it for a while. Was perfectly happy with it. Saved some restaurants and stuff. Tried today. Had to log in new. Can't. Tried to recover the account... Doesn't know my email address. What. The. Hell. Give up not ordering anything

was great until it was upgraded to lieferando. now it has a catastrophic user experience. prices went up. have to enter my full credit card details for every order. no more payback. deleting my account now.

These guys have different kind of problems, i once got charged twice, multiple times the order was canceled after waiting for half an hour, then once i used my points to get a voucher and tried it and then the payment method didnt work so next time i couldn't use the voucher.

A great app if you're ordering often.Everything you might possibly want at the tip of your hands. Clean app design, many many payment options, ability to bookmark your most often used restaurants. If it's available in your country, use it!

I used the app with the promise of discount. I started payment via PayPal but it simply logged me in to the PayPal page and did not do the payment. I lost the discount code and the payment was never made. You need to fix bugs.

The worst delivery app I've ever used. Why does my basket disappear if I switch tabs on my phone? You know, like when I'm redirected to pay but decide to change something and press back, you really think it's a good idea to reset everything and go back to the home screen? This app is years behind deliveroo, too sad it's not available where I'm staying. Get some better developers guys

A great service to order food, until you have a problem. I contacted them to get a receipt, and their reply was that they just provide a "pure service" that is "free of charge". Hence, they cannot help me resolving my issue. This is unexpectedly rude.

Missing the option to cancel the order, you call a number that you have to search for on the internet to which no one will answer and it encourages you to send an email! Very poor customer service. Add the option of quick cancelation!

Tendency to get stuck waiting for some data or whatever, like in the fast order confirmation screen. Some software review is due and relentless optimization for user experience...

Ordered last week. After 1.5 hours I called the restaurant and apparently there weren't any drivers available. So I went myself. I picked it up. But I never saw my tip money back as I requested. Not even a reply so far. Will deinstall and not use again.

I have deleted Lieferheld days ago, but for some reason I STILL receive push-up ads/notifications to install the app whatever page I am on in my phone, it could be Image Gallery, Lieferheld is still stalking me there. Like, could you guys leave me alone, I don't to use your app anymore!! thank you

the new app is just not good, why i can't see the discount how much the discount is without clicking in the restaurant and then, either on information or a dish? also the old app seemd much more user-friendly. and more..
