The customer care service of this app is inefficient and hardly provides any assurance regarding order delivery. I've been regularly calling and messaging to enquire about the status of my order which has been delayed by 5 days, but haven't received a clear answer even now. Really terrible experience!
Past 5-6 months the services is really irritating. I order medicine, they provide a delivery time and then they don't deliver it on time. Even after calling customer care, nothing happens. It seems they are not interested in doing their job. Surely will uninstall it, there other good performing apps.
If possible, i would have given negative rating. I am unable to use my care points from last 5 orders just becoz u have technical issue. My app is showing me points and i remind everyday tocustomer care whenever i place order, to redeem my care points. And customer care says Sorry, next order ma ho jyega. After telling so many times, this issue is not resolved. If u dont want to give benefit, simply tell. Why r u wasting both of us time. There r other better apps with better services. Irritated.
Poor request processing system, poor delivery system, poor customer service. What they are doing with public's money not sure about it. I placed my first order that went returned many times due to deliver boy's fault as he never made an attempt to deliver the medicines. My order was prepaid with card. The reimbursement was made to the life care wallet after a month of turn around instead back to source as per RBI policy. When I tried to utilise my care points the order not confirmed past 3 days.

for around 2-3 times I ordered the medicine from the life care and I'm impressed. it's truly services enforced me to only order the medicine from this platform... n'd of course the good discount and timely delivery... all is perfect... I really thanks the developers for developing such an amazing application.
Actually 0 star but don't have option that is the reason for 1 star. Pathetic service, don't support customer properly. Firstly mention 20% discount then cancelled the order without information then again insert the order with 15% discount, then cancel again and the reason told prescription which they didn't ask then i sent it to them and then waiting started. since 22 following order and till 28 no proper reply by them. so finally uninstall app and first time cancel my order.
Not able to login....otp not received after several attempts. Every one is requested not to buy anything from them... They are cheaters. They are not replying on whatsapp. Their website not working and their app is also useless not working....means your money will be jeopardized and you will not be able to contact them....
I cannot login in the app anymore. It does not send OTP for verification. I tried to login with truecaller also, it loaded for a second or two and nothing happened. I complained for it by calling on coustmer care number also but no action was taken to solve my problem. Do not download this app. Their coustmer executives do nt take coustemer's problem seriously.
One of the best experiences I have had. The delivery was timely and the on call doctor consultation is one of the best feature. They give you a transparent box for keeping medicine.
I don't want to give a single start because I order medicine from this wrost app. Order is cancelled by them but the money is not refund yet 129 days go. And customer support they told due to lockdown they did not currently not serviceable in the city. A very devastating app I have ever seen in my life. I am sorry for me that I use app in my life. Written email is useless
This company is FRAUD.. they accepted the order I placed on 4th April 2020 stating it will be delivered on 8th April... Next day 5th April my order was cancelled by them citing lockdown reasons (fair enough). I have been chasing them to refund my amount but all I get to hear is that our concerned team that is working from home has not processed your request as they are not operational. it's been almost 55+ days my order stands cancelled , but they don't have definite timelines to provide refund.

Never purchased any medicine from there. I am chasing them for refund of my money from last 6 months, but they are doing nothing. No website or customer service mail I'd of this company. Over all no response from them. My ticket no is 215566. I have approached them via email, customer service, telephone etc. But they are not willing to refund my money. Not to purchase anything from this company.
It has been a great help in saving our medical bills plus the customer service and delivery team are amazing, very cooperative and humble. Loved the experience. Please continue with the same level of service.

useless app . they never update the status of order . customer care service is worst as they are not capable of solving the issues. Worst service and very bad customer care. Useless Application , don't waste your time with their unprofessional behavior.

Not a good experience. Order is pending from last 8 days. It was supposed to deliver on 13th August. When I called customer care, they said they will try. I have alreasy given e-mail also today.
App is not working properly. While adding address, always getting an error 'Error in adding Shipping Address. Please try again.' Thereafter one can not finally place the order. No solution is provided by customer care even. Your application is still showing the same problem. Please let me know how I can place the order on your application.
