Worked fine for me, app is simple to setup. Navigation took me to the right location. A couple of annoyances. In the LiFe EV app the chargers are labelled GB266 and GB267. I could not see these names anywhere on the units. 1 hour limit before extra charges, I get it to control demand, but late at night with no one around it was a shame to have to cut my first charge short.
Either the app or the charger or both (more likely) are useless! Attempting to charge o.k.on The AC type 2 device in Seahouses car park but app says 'not authorised' although account is OK (checked by Franklin Energy). We'll NEVER get the UK converted to EV if this is what is available - it's far worse in Northumberland than it was 2 years ago!! :-((
Half the charging points that I have been to don't work..charging fob very hit and miss and now phone app is too...not good if you really need to charge..also would be nice to know how many charge points you can actually use?? As some marked out taxi only..if these problems get sorted then I can see this being OK...
Does not work. At all. Tried a couple of times over the last couple of years. Same result. Does not work. Even their error messages coming up are system messages (for developers and not consumers). 100% a waste of time.
App worked fine, would be nice to have a live update on charge status. Charge points don't seem to be clearly marked either so made it a little awkward to find the correct one to select.
Absolute rubbish!! Tried to charge the car in Manchester and it just doesn't work!!!! There are instructions on the wall about getting keys from lockers with pin numbers blah blah blah... Don't ever use this company complete rubbish!! Thus is a lesson in how to make EV car charging complicated!!!
Refused 2 separate credit cards, so wouldn't start charge. Had to ring phone number (which wasn't in the app but on the charging unit). Generally awkward app to use even if it did work.
Absolutely hate charging apps!! Why can't a charging company simply allow the user to plug in and GO? My son even said, "isn't the cable locked in?" Yes. So you'd need to pay to unlock. Again, had to spend an hour eventually calling customer support. Register me, my car, link account, add payment details following the instructions. Customer support was nice and understood my frustration 😤. Not the first today and it wasn't even 12. Hate it - rather park in normal
Terrible experience if you can work out which charger you are connected to, then it's 50:50 whether it will work. No support outside 9 -5 seriously bad experience every time. Update 50:50 to high 0 more realistic
App is ok but numbers don't correspond with the chargers available. Main reason for scoring is the shocking pricing. Only use if desperate
App is simple to use and very quick but cost per kWh is eye watering. Might as well get a petrol car as it will be lot cheaper to run.
Terrible service. App charging doesn't work, ordered an NFC card and it took over 3 months to arrive?! Can use my Juice card but would avoid LiFe chargers
Yet another clunky proprietary charging app. Seriously there needs to be a national standard for this to get rid of all these awful incompatible systems.
Won't display the ccs connector so can't be turned on. Useless rubbish
Pricing way to high 27p per kwh on a 7.2 charge I can go local supermarket for free and get same charge or pay 15p per kwh on rapid charger these charge points used to be no charge

Awfull. This app has chargers on it that haven't worked for over a year. The chargers at Rockingham Street Sheffield don't work and never will when you ring the helpline number. Reported for last 12 weeks to franklin number n guess what, they will tell you it shouldn't be on here. Never going to get people to convert to electric when the infrastructure is so poor.
