The test in this app is based on chapters 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 of a handbook third edition 2013 "Life in the UK Handbook 3rd Edition: A Guide for New Residents".
The Life in the UK Test is a test for individuals seeking Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK or naturalisation as a British citizen. The test lasts for 45 minutes, the entrants have to answer 24 questions. Remember that you need to get at least 75% to pass this test.

Questions continued to 300 that's when I lost interest. It is not structured and review questions really has no purpose. I thought at the end of say 50 or 100 questions my answers would be reviewed and incorrect answers would be highlighted providing correct answers. Not happy and felt like I've wasted my time Poor
Well it is free, but if it is update as the owner said I will using it without buying book. I will do the test next two week. Wish me luck :)
Repetitive questions and not up to date

What is this stupid questions? Nothing of this come in the book.
The app doesn't allow review so its pretty much just a test. No idea if the questions are relevant to the test.
The application was Okay.But the life in I'll test got updated since 2013. So all the question is different and harder now. Thanks
This app is actually helpful but need a bit of improvement. A lot of questions are repeatative. In my opinion yiu still need the book to study first.
If you expect people to use this to help their test, you should at least use correct English to ask the questions. Some of the questions are unintelligible and some of the answers are wrong.

No answers and need a bit of work on the grey arrows. Apart from that its 5 stars.
Spelling mistakes, typos and bad grammar. Not to mention some questions actually have the wrong answer. Check the book.
Far to many questions have the wrong answer. This app could actually be detrimental for you study.
What an absolute pile of rubbish these questions have absolutely nothing to do with living in the uk! really worthless I wouldnt bother
When u answer the question wrong it wud be nice if it wud actually tell u the correct! Instead of 'answer already given' or some crap!!

Excellent. If answered incorrectly told you the hint from the book, which is definitely helpful. Can not ask more as free app but if more questions will do better.
Same typos and bad grammar as a well known website and at least two of the answers are wrong - beware!

app ok, but the questions are shitty! Jeez if the real test is like this den half the British population wud fail it. How many members of parliment are there? How many counties are in N.Ireland? Who gives a flying F**K! Sorry for only 3 stars not the apps fault for the dodgey questions
This app is of poor standards in every sense of the word; the English is grammatically incorrect in many areas, some of the questions are wrong ("England" being the 'correct' answer to "After Scotland, what's the biggest part of the UK?"!!!!) and misleading, and the layout is hard to navigate. Fine as a laugh and a gimmick, but no revision should be done with this app.
Was very useful to me..I passed on my first time YAAAAY really happy with myself but the app it self needs some more work done and also make sure you read the actual book if not u are going no where with this app..Thanks everyone and best of luck (my opinion)
I'm British, and half of these questions don't make sense or are racist.
Bugs/issues: 1. Pressing back on question one repeats the question for question two. Then pressing forward and back again increments the number of all of the questions by one. E.g. question one can become question two or higher. 2. Rotating the display changes the question. 3. Navigation icons are grey with an inset shadow, which makes them appear "greyed out"/disabled. 4. Bright green text on light grey (i.e. correct answer) is never a good combination for visibility.
