The game is perfect but the mobile experience has things to improve (out of screen items in the diary). !minor spoiler! Also I can't finish the game : I'm at episode 5 and after talking with Kate in the dorms I hear a strange noise and the game suddenly turns off. I'd like this issue to be resolved.

Best choice game ever. Unlike most other games where story isn't affected much by player choices, this game's storyline changes significantly. The controls are a mess though, this game provides multiple control options, however, I had difficulty navigating with all the provided controls. One more thing to note is that the game is not free, episodes need to be unlocked with real money, which is understandable given the quality of this game.

Such a quality game on the mobile platform is beyond amazing to see. Heard a few complaints about the controls but they're not a big problem, they work pretty well. Also, in the end of episode 1, from the storm sequence, the game changes it's format to 16:9 from 18:9. (On an 18:9 phone screen) If it's fixed then there's nothing stopping this from becoming one of the best ports on mobile.

Okay game. So much potential. Concept and storyline is decent but moving around is difficult especially when you have to think quickly and rewind at crucial times. And you solve a few things before you have to purchase every episode after that. Don't really wanna pay to play the entire game. That should have been a warning before getting invested into the game in the beginning.

Don't Buy! The in-game journal is not formatted correctly. This is game breaking! You cannot get back to the game once you go into the journal due to the buttons being off screen. And apparently the developers don't care to fix it. DO. NOT. BUY. (Pixel 5a) Update: if you turn the pages of the journal quickly and randomly, back and forth, you can get out of the journal after a minute or two even without access to all the buttons up top.

I loved that game several years ago when I played the first episode on my ipad. I decided to try it out again and possibly even buy the next chapters this time but the game is not optimised for a widescreen phone at all and is unplayable. You can't exit the journal for instance because the buttons are cut off. Please fix it!

The story itself is good but it's the mechanics the game has on Android phones or mobile phones in general. Just like everyone else, I can't exit journal and now in the dormitory scene when we're in the room, none of the controls pop up at all. There's no joystick or rewind button and no option to click anything. You just sit there.

The game is fun to play, even though it's only one episode free it is an hour well spent. There's only one problem: when you open your journal it doesn't let you get out; at least that's what I thought at first. I would close and reopen the app so I could play again. I've found out that in the inferior right corner if you click in the edge of your phone, it eventually closes. Have fun!

I played on my chromebook and it was a good play experience, I ran into trouble while purchasing the rest of the episodes, it told me I had to buy them again and when I tried to it said I already purchased it. I had to restore my purchases in game and restart the app for it to finally start downloading but it only downloads while in the app, it wont download if its running in the background, it took maybe 30 mins to download the next episode. i was able to troubleshoot, hopefully this helps

The game runs well on my Moto G Power (2021), the only issues I have so far are not being able to change my aspect ratio, the journal is almost impossible to get out of, also the game runs a bit laggy in a few areas when there's a lot going on in-game I Forced 4x MSAA and it fixes that issue so it's my GPU not the game itself, I'll give 4 stars, overall great game and great story. *UPDATE* Using a mobile controller fixes the journal bug, but I would still like a ratio change.

Such a good story! Its a really well made game I 100% recommend playing it, the controls are a lot better especially with the option now to use virtual sticks. I would love to see the story carried on from this some how or even if max and others with powers meet up as there story lines meet that would be so cool! Im definitely buying life is strange 3 its a 5* from me. For those who cant get out of journal on android, swipe up and use your phones vertical back button 😉

Loving it so far, I'm having display problems because of the resolution. It's a bit too zoomed in so whenever I opened Max's diary/note I can't close it because the button isn't visible (out of frame). And I don't know how to touch something that isn't visible lol jk if you can fix it I would really appreciate it. Thank you Devs, 4/5 for now

My first time playing this game and I like the concept and the detail that has gone into it. But my main issue is sometimes it's not easy to maneuver through the game, or control the character. She moves slowly A LOT or seems to move then stutter to a stop, or hits something that doesn't really seem to be there. Many times I was shouting at my phone "MOVE!!! COME ON!!!" and I'd stop playing just because I was frustrated 😕🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I can tell it's good and interesting, just wish it was smoother. I'm playing on a Note 9 if that matters.

Amazing story, well made, well written and mostly thought through. Well voice characters. At no point do you feel the need for subtitles. The graphics are a tad underwhelming compared to it's PC version. Some scenes seem to be focused on the wrong element or wrong character, unlike the PC version. The download of episodes is pretty painful with slow download speeds. You can't run other episodes while the content is being downloaded. Also, would love it if the graphics customizations were added.

Fantastic game, devs can't be bothered to fix journal bug. apparently its got something to do with the aspect ratio of the phone, but the journal button in the top right corner of the screen never shows up. They haven't updated the game in almost a year, so I doubt they will do anything about it at this point. but seriously, im running on a brand new Pixel 3a and while the frame rate is great, not seeing a crucial part of the UI is ridiculous. seriously, customer support gives up when asked too.

I LOVE this game. The story is well written and I really wanted to give a 5 star but it's virtually unplayable on my Note 8. I emailed support and did all suggested troubleshooting and a factory reset for good measure (which erased all of my progress when I was more than halfway through the story). The shadiness of not telling you have to pay for the story until you're 1/5 of the way through aside, I can't get it to work. It shudders, freezes, and crashes, losing sometimes a ton of progress where you have to start over at the last checkpoint. I've had to force close this app more than any I've ever worked with (and I troubleshoot phones daily at the cell phone store I work at). There have been multiple times I thought that I just won't get to see how the story ends because it is so stuck that no matter what I do, I can't get it to load. I've tried other internet connections as they've suggested and it doesn't seem to matter. I've never had to restart my phone so many times and I don't have this issue with any other apps on the same device. Very disappointed. If you don't know extensive troubleshooting steps I would be weary. It may be difficult to get it to work. My first email was responded to promptly with a copy and paste of troubleshooting steps I'd already said I'd done in the email I sent and my response email was ignored. There is also a choice that it comes down to at the end that is extremely depressing no matter what you choose. There's no good ending possible in this game, so if you're the kinda person (like me) that needs a happy ending, you should skip this one.

Fantastic game and story. One of the few engrossing games available in Mobile. I only give 4 stars with some technical issues. As a mobile game, they should have made it just a little more mobile friendly. You should be able to play for five minutes, put it down, them be able to come back to exactly where you were after an hour or so. Several times, I had explored a certain area for 10-15 minutes before needing to go to another app. When I would come back, my progress was lost. Frustrating.

Developers please reply. I cannot get past the beginning of episode 2. 1 played totally fine. I have the Motorola Z 2 and it definitely has the capability of running such a game. I've tried multiple times. Even deleted and reinstalled. Again played episode 1 just fine. It keeps freezing at a certain point in e2. I bought the whole game because it's so good. Fix?

Loved the game. The soundtrack is awesome, the ambient makes me feel into it.... There's only one thing... It doesn't fit the screen on TCL10L, which means I'm unable to go back back to the game after reading the messages, and that makes you get stuck right when you get the first message, and that does happen in the beginning, when you get out of the school building.... Although, the game looks so nice I want to play it till the end!

Haven't gotten very far, but it's a very interesting game from what I've seen. Unfortunately, the edges of the journal are cut off on newer phones, making it very difficult to use properly (your phone's back button should exit the journal for anyone else having this problem). I hope a fix for this - such as the option to take it out of "full screen mode," which is what fixed similar issues in other games - is added soon.

Great work you guys, the game has a nice story line but the controls could be a bit difficult to navigate but once you get hold of those it works just fine. Only issue I have with this is that there is lack of direction to move forward, i.e. we have to spend a good amount of energy about getting around places. Also somehow it doesn't seem to be optimised for 18:9 and taller displays.

Decent game, excellent story. I'm really liking these games that focus more on story than mechanics. Especially with choices involved its fun to see how others made different choices, and to learn more about the themes and the paths i didn't take. My only complaint is the replay value is low, I plan on getting the collectibles like all the photos, but then it's done.. but that's ok.

Top class narrative gameplay. The story is amazing, and I loved every single second of it! The only problem for me, I think was that the real game screen didn't fit in my screen. I own the Redmi Note 7 Pro model and it's got an approx 6 inch+ screen.. I even turned off the "Full-screen mode" but nothing helped. I'll request u to look into it please. Otherwise I got no complaints for the game, I completed it once, and I'm thinking of beginning it again, cuz I feel this game will never get old!

Absolutely love this game! £8.99 for the whole game is pretty good considering the length and level of interaction. The controls I found a little tricky to get used to and had a few issues when downloading each new episode, it's annoying you can't just download all at once and automatically continue with the next one, I had to wait about 3 days between 2 episodes because the download kept stopping. Overall very happy with the purchase especially when the first episode is free

Cou. P. Apr 19, 2020

Such a cool game. Great storyline, very raw and emotional topics but I was fully invested. My only annoyance was that the Controls make it very difficult to control the character on some levels, making it very frustrating because you keep failing. Other than that. Loved the game and well worth the purchase. Considering playing over and seeing what happens if I make the opposite choices!

Best mobile game I've ever played! I've never bought a game (or any app) and I'm so glad I took a chance on this one! The dialogue, storyline, characters, challenges, soundtrack and artwork combine to create a world that's hard to put down. I've read other reviews saying that some devices are experiencing a certain glitch, but I was able to play through all of the chapters without a hitch. I'm not a big fan of the foul language used throughout but it did feel organic within the given scenarios.
