You can't search products, it's just a tool to see your profile (useless). At this time and and age, not having a search tool is inadmisible. I don't need a store locator having Google maps, I don't need to make orders and I don't need to give feedbacks, I JUST WANT A SIMPLE SEARCH BAR.

Not user friendly, very slow, Apps won't detect web browser. Price difference displayed on laptop browser against smartphone browser. I select 1 start just to share the comment.

Be careful on online purchase. They wont response or entertain return of products. Am fed up with the same issue even after several reminders. They will provide only email address and no customer care number. Also there will be 25Dhs additional charges for return items. Update: Even after the feedback write up, no response to pickup.

Very un-userfriendly. It isn't easy to navigate and find items. It loads really slowly. I tend to call them to order rather than use the app

Very Bad .. after uploading all documents to make an order you will not be able to enter your address as the app keeps asking to enter your "Area" although I did that in many times with multiple ways .. such a waste of time !

Very poor service. Have placed an order 2 hrs back. No calls, delivery takes too much time. No commitment. Noone answers on the mobile number provided on the app. Have shared my concerns on the email also

This app is super buggy. Doesnt load at all. Whats the point of putting the vochers on the application when the app is not stable at all.

i downloaded the app because i received a voucher. however , the sales person had the last digit of my mobile number wrong. I couldnt access the voucher. i called but nothing could be done about it. the sales person said he had to pay from his own pocket. i refused to do that.

Very bad I requsted for medicines . I called them several times and they kept promising . Finally nothing received. Not trusted application .The items are not priced in the application. Also there's not an expected delivery time whenever you place an order .

No option to search for items with price. No catalogue. I uninstalled after less than a minute. My grade school niece can do better app than this..

It looks really nice and smooth, I'm excited to use my LIFE vouchers on app, no need to carry paper, and having the medicine order possible made my day ! I wished that there is an ecommerce as well.

Absolutely useless and an outdated app. Have to call and follow up multiple times and the call agents are clueless at times as well regarding the order placed. Better to call and order rather.

Whenever I try to open the app it keeps loading and never land on home page. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app to make it work

This app is not working at all! Trying to claim a voucher and doesn't do anything else except as trying to load or shows a server connection error. Very poor experience

Disappointed.. If you want to promote your app, first you must make sure it doesn't have any technical issues. Your give discount voucher which we can only redeem via app and your app is not working/dowloading at all..? atleast stop disappointing anymore customers pls.

First time the application wotked, now the human being kreps jumping on the screen and nothing else happens. i have even uninstalled the application and installed again, bit no use. what is the issue?

Doesn't let you order. Says you need to pick area but there's no drop down list. And it doesn't let you type in manually. Fail

I have installed the new version. New one is working perfectly! If you're facing issues in the old version, I recommend you to install the new version which is available in the same account!

The app doesn't work after entering OTP only showing the logo restarting! Nothing else! It doesn't work

My account is blocked or deactivated. This is the message I'm receiving when I open the app. I need to know why. It was working fine but suddenly stopped.
