Every time I have tried to use this app since July has come up with a blank screen. I tried emailing and have not gotten an answer back. I have installed all the updates with no changes. Thank you for the fix, but it's got the black screen again. 07 Jul 2017
It's working better. When I first got it, there were problems, like it took forever to load up, and would shut down in the middle of looking up info. But it's working really good right now! Liking all the cool features.
I can never accomplish what I need to via this app. I have yo go to my desk top. Often the app won't even load.
It's showing just a black screen. I enjoy using the app when it's running. Very convenient. It would be nice to have app running again. Update on 8/7/17, app still doesn't work. Will come up once but afterwards goes black. Please fix. I can't use the app deals. This is for Android.
I rarely can get this app to work. Blank screens most of the time. Doesn't matter if I uninstall and reinstall, I still have same problems. Faster for me to log in on mobile or desktop site instead. Very frustrating as a distributor.
Haven't been able to open it for weeks. Just goes blank. And when it did work, some pages couldn't been viewed. Not reliable when with a prospect.
I can't tell you the last time I was able to use this app. I keep losing my password. Not good. They keep sending me a temporary one but still no luck. Can't get my password back.
Looks like this isn't just me or my phone and hopefully they'll fix it SOON so the 4+ ratings won't keep going DOWN
Why after years of this app not working, it has still not been fixed, I've just joined zija. The tool for business we all keep in our pocket has never worked! Not impressed on step one of joining zija.
After you open the app the first time, every time after that comes up with a blank screen. This is the fourth phone I've had and it does the exact same thing.
Frustrating to use, would be great if it actually worked the way it should but all i get is a blank screen.. please improve!
Tried new app worked fine for the phone, but would not install on Tablet. 😞

Great app when it works, which isnt often for me. Comes up with a black screen each time i open it. I have uninstalled and installed many times hoping it would correct. Can something be done? I really want to use this app!
App is INCREDIBLY slow, it took me at least an hour to put my order in and it force closes right in the middle of submitting the payment information. Please fix!
Good for only one use after that it only opens to a blank screen. Not worth it. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to use it.

The app is great when it works, but at least 50% the screen is white or it freezes. I have an Android. This is the 3rd time I've had to uninstall and install it

I could never get this app to open. Never! Irritating.
Very useful tool if only it would load without going to blank screen. Have uninstall then reinstall and only get one use before it reverts to blank screen on next attempt to open.
I like the app but it only works one time. I have to uninstall and reinstall in order to use it. Otherwise, if i already have it installed each time I open app it is a black screen. So this app is unusable on my phone. I have a Galaxy S5. Any suggestions?

Twice in the last two weeks I can't log in anymore. Uninstalled and reinstalled doesn't work. Think they should give a credit for the unusable time. Was extremely happy with it until two weeks ago. . . . . Still having the same issue, 6 months later... Please fix this and refund unusable time Update 2/16/18 Still having the same issues as before.
