Lifeasy On-demand Home Services

I bought the diamond package of Life easy services. But unfortunately their name should be life difficult. When ever I need the service they will not respond not even call after requesting the service. When ever call to customer care they will say no records in system by my number. I have to show my invoice which I got after multiple follow up. They will just simply deny that I have not purchased their package. Really pathetic experience. When ever I try to get escalation path these guys are not Sharing the details. I don't recommend to use their services

Poor service and customer support. I requested AC repair in summer. They have visited me 4 times already but their technician cannot install a split AC successfully. The app is ugly and minimalistic. The customer support is very poor I have not received a response since I made complete payment.

Technicians are not skilled enough to understand the problem. They do a lot of experimentation with your machines without any competence. Its been 6 months since they cant fix a fridge.

Worst service, they damaged the AC and don't even take responsibility for the same. They just refuse and says it will be charged extra. Better go for authorized service from the brand.

Poor response, i won't recommend to anyone. Their service area is not clear and they are not ready to give service

Good app with satisfied service ....... My first experience with lifeasy is quite good and impressive.

I have availed a carpentry service from lifeasy and paid the entire amount of Rs.7500 through online mode but even after 7 days of payment and with several reminders to lifeasy I did not received my Invoice for the service availed.It is really disgusting any pathetic for us when we paid the required GST to avail the services from lifeasy.They provides the warranty for 30 days after completion of the service availed but it completely rubbish.

Worst Service . Never recommend to any one. Mechanic are not so trained. will take your full day for installing an AC and at day end they will ask you to pay more than the promised money.

pathetic response even after booking. re scheduled thrice . wasted 3 days ..no fillow up from customer care , no updates for service allotment. keep on rescheduling themself.

Its almost like one week these guys are making me fool by giving the fake promises , a tech has come at my home to repair my ac and after that what i am facing is only trouble . disappointment, unprofessional staff , rude behavior , dissatisfaction , these all the facts you will get by dealing with them .
