Lost my 2FA and got locked out of my account. One of the representatives thought the best option was to delet3 my account and start a new one. She went through with the request and I tried telling her to cancel it. But she hung up on me. Then I got hung up on 3 more times before being put on hold with their customer service team only to be told their system is having issues and I'm going to have to call back and wait for customer service again.

My ss#, dl#, and email were found on the dark web. McAfee alerted me 2 weeks ago. Still haven't heard a peep from lifelock. Terrible. As soon as Norton put their name on it, the service went downhill. I pay for the service thru my company HR dept. I was told I had to go thru them. Contacted them to see if they will cancel it.

I just opened a new account with Sam's credit card system and LifeLock alerted me on this right away. Very impressed how quick they were on top of this at the beginning and alerted me to determine if I had opened this account. Keep up the good work.

I have been a LifeLock subscriber for three years now. Notifications come through with no problem. The credit score feature is great. Also customer service is excellent. There were one or two notifications that I felt could/should have come through a little faster, but all in all, I highly recommend LifeLock. They caIl if I do not clear the notifications in a reasonable amount of time. I use their Premium level service, but started at the lower level. Thank you for such a great service!

The only problem that I had while using the app was that there was a total of 5 alerts on the site, however as I tapped on them for the details I could view what each one was for and who was the originating credit reporting agency. The problem occurred when I attempted to find a "YES" button to tap on to get them to delete themselves, none to be found, oh, move to the next alert and the previous one will delete. Well, no again, three of them did finally delete. One would not.

The app is just ok and very badic. The interface is quite dated, and several key functions (real_time credit lock/unlock for example) are only accessible on the web page. The web page's interface is much nicer and easier to navigate, and it has all the feature/menus/settings. I don't know why they haven't updated the app in many years.

Great functionality, ease of use and appearance. There seem to be an inordinate number of in app purchases required to become fully covered for things I expected as part of the basic package. Lifelock is extremely quick to notify me when someone is trying to use my info which is the real reason to use the program. Lifelock does work hard to protect customer info.

I feel like the Lifelock app is very simple to navigate and work with. Very simple and straight forward. Lifelock has always caught issues like having email addresses being used on the dark web, or unusual credit card use which is great. The only thing that bothers me is that usually it will be a day or two after the fact, which is still enough time to dispute/rectify an issue with the credit card company or banking institution. Overall I feel they are worth it.

I love the app. I feel at ease having an account that watches out for me when I can't. Too many people with my same name. The app offers credit reports for all 3 credit reporting agencies. Now Lifelock offers Norton for an additional cost. I wished they would have offered it to the customers that have been with the company since the beginning free of charge. 🤷‍♀️ We can't have everything can we..... still a great app. I recommend it to everyone!

The biometric unlock "feature" doesnt work (but works perfectly fine on all the the other apps on my phone). I also have to hold my finger on the pad for over a minute after i enter in my login and password. I tried bypassing the finger print, but you have to have a 4 digit pin, which I dont have, and cannot update through the app. Very disappointing.

Poorly intuitive interface when it comes to linking accounts. The same old routine transactions like car payment and rent throw an 'alert' each month. Seems like the app ought to be smarter than that. Linking accounts process is poorly done. Also, alerts show up days after the fact. I dont see how thats very 'on top of it'.

I have become extraordinarily upset with this app. The app does notify you, as it should, when the alert points are triggered on your account. However, when I try to open the alert, I am constantly told that I am on an unsecured network, and am not allowed any further access. This happens on my personal SECURED wifi, as well as my data service. I have attempted 3 other separate secured Wi-Fi's with zero success. What is the point of the app if we are not permitted to access the account?

I hate the fact that I am always getting alerts after midnight. Even 3-4am sometimes and it is so frustrating. Yes, I set the threshold limit and the alerts are letting me know that there was a transaction, but whyyy is it always in the middle of the night? Also, I reported one of my credit cards missing and was sent a replacement. So each time I make a transaction on my new card that is over the threshold, I get TWO ALERTS. Because the transaction is showing on BOTH cards (old/new) on this app.

STOP why does autopay keep turning on. I am literally just getting done with monthly bills, and I decided to cancel a subscription and find that the automatic renewal is back on, no idea why. I definitely canceled it. No worries , I'll just make sure it's canceled and turn it back off now. Then I get charged for it and it's turned back on a few days later. I tried for my refund and of course, getting errors. Nothing from customer service either. I have reached out, and I am awaiting response. .

This app gives you limited access to get information about your account and with it being a mobile app you should be able to get into different areas and you can't. When they call about an issue you can't even access it on your email or the app.😳

Can't even complete the sign-up. Tried several times, from beginning to end. Get everything filled out, double checking that I have green checks in every field, go to click "Start My Identity Protection" and... nothing. The app refuses to do anything, no processing, no directing to any fields that may be incomplete/incorrect, nothing. It's like the button is a test to see how many times my idiot self will push it hoping for different results. So if I can't even sign up, I call the app broken.

Too many repeat notifications, same topic. For the 10 days, I've been getting about 20 push notifications and emails about the same email address on the same list on the dark web. One notification is sufficient. The repeated notifications disturb me at work and wake me repeatedly at night. Lifelock customer service is an auto-attendent that doesn't understand the topic and gives repeated wrong info. Trying to get to a person is near impossible. I cancelled my subscription.

Not good. Doesn't allow for multiple selection and who has the time to select slowly each notification? Put some love into this app and think about your clients and how important time management is. This app is slow and it also should recognize mortgage payments and all repeat payments. I don't want to do r same thing over and over.

This app is great. really convenient and easy to use. all the info you could need right on your phone. I just applied for a new credit card and I got notification on my phone within 5 seconds of hitting submit. credit scores, credit cars, and allot more stored on the app for very easy access

VERY disappointing, and NOT worth the money. I had an incident with an unknown charge on my debit card, so I cancelled the card and got a new one. Lifelock never alerted me about the new card on my account, which should have been done. Additionally, my bank's alert system is faster and more reliable than this system, and they dont charge me Hundreds of dollars to do it. I am telling everyone NOT to sign up.

one thing I am having difficulty with. I misunderstood an alert. I didn't see it was from 2017. It doesn't give you the opportunity to change from it wasn't you to it WAS you. That's a BIG PROBLEM! I DON'T LIKE THAT! I have been trying to fix it from day one. PROBLEMATIC! 2. Cannot find Norton on my phone, it's working great on my tablet, but not my phone. Have to call again about it.

Slow Alert Notifications. I set my alert notifications set to call me,email me and text me. I get notifications 24 to 48 hours or even longer. This is not helpful. I want to be notified immediately, not 48 hours later by email only. The app and the entire system is very slow and has not been helpful at all. if someone decided to open a credit card or two apply for a home loan or a car loan I would not know about it until it's too late because this app is too slow. I don't feel protected at all!
