A little bit underwhelming. I thought that it would be more thorough with my backgrounds. Recently, someone has ordered over 30 subscriptions, using my name, address and email. Their resolve was to contact each magazine. It would have been nice to make a report saying that my personal information has been compromised to be able to download all invoices and police report, instead there's just an 800. Not as advertised. ID theft is a real ongoing problem there needs to be more to protect one's ID.

I love to know I have such great security...I know it's great because there are some times I just can't log into this app and others. I finally figure it besides Password Manager. I think k I'm locked out forever. When I follow the steps the log in or "Forgot Password" goes in circles. I just can't find a way in. Otherwise all of my Norton apps are fantastic.

I installed it on my desktop then added my cellphone . Can't use the app on my desktop short cut doesn't work anymore can't find it in startup so I can't check nor run smart scans can only go on line to check certain programs. I have work to do but can't bc not sure of security. Tried technical support but got cut off can't reach anyone and my desktop is at a disadvantage. The phone is okay though.

Got because almost lost money twice. Lucky Bank and PayPal got refunds. Otherwise would have lost 72.00 the first time and 600.00 the second. So to BE Saver then just those two got this and was also on sale. So made out twice. Safer. And Great Price. Couldn't go wrong. BETTER SAFE THEN SORRY.....and i was almost really sorry. Get monthly updates and offers for upgrading. I'm with what i took out. Price will go up next year but that's life price to stay safe in this wind crazy world.

So far, thing's are good .👍. But, 😏vary difficult to apply everything available and still have the freedom to surf the internet as fast as one use to without all the notices and alerts popping up. For most every little thing. Added misery.😞🤕🙃. And yet your the best I've witnessed sence 1988.

Fake rating. App is supposedly monitoring name. Name is wrong. On my credit card that I paid them with, it has first initial, middle initial and last. This app took all and lumped it as the first name and duplicated it for the last. Why not use account name that I had setup. Can't change it unless I contact them. That takes forever. Once expired, canceled.

It's working well . It's a good choice for flash sale especially during the war of Ukraine. Hopefully it will work with incoming Russian cyber attacks globally. Plus other foreign state actors. Something I look forward to having installed for some reason during this instability. Other than that my phone is running good.

Be aware before you subscribe! LifeLock has at least 3 listed phone numbers that are inop! One came from the app itself! Every phone number I called said "the phone number you called cannot be completed as dialed"! Google it yourself! The only way you can get to them is through chat. Finally through the chat service I got a working number (in India) The reason I called is they were not monitoring my accounts and I filled out a credit app they didn't check! No confidence in their services!

Love it I am no longer in the dark about my credit score and up-to-date on everything good, bad or indifferent that is reporting to me and my entire family's credit reports, with live updates that is priceless. Not to mention the identity theft protection and Norton360 anti-virus protection for all my devices and my wife and children's devices and identity theft protection for the entire family all for one price. It is definitely worth it for the peace of mind I highly recommend it.

Having sertain difficulties using site at times? To many security issues for me to get on to my site, I am not all that computer savvy or with all the high tech technology on my phone either, I'm very old school i was born in to this Star Trek generation, you need to make your system more easier to use for us older people who feel like old dinosaurs!.

Love it. This service is great. Completely worth the money. I've had zero issues. I've opened 3 different credits since I've had it (2 credit cards and a home loan) and NOT 10 MINUTES after submitting forms I got an emergency notification from it saying activity was detected on my credit and listed who/where the activity was from. I simply acknowledged that the activity was me and that was that. If it wouldn't have been then they immediately would have started the process of shutting it down

It's been a great app, good peace of mind. I have also been alreted about some of my info being on some sites and how to take it down. Just wish they would monitor more information and show you more info on how they are using your info to monitor it. And a easy way to get it took down when it's found or something a easy way to get your info changed or something for free

Easy to use, can open with just a finger print. Intuitive, and alerts me very quickly when a transaction is over the amount I specified.

The app is great but hate that I always have to sign in and enter a code. I like having a cure but wish that is all I needed to enter instead of password and code. Sometimes it's difficult to get a text with a code while in the shop and switching back and forth. At work, I get a text, every a coffee and I'm off as well as several other apps.

I'm rating this app a one star for lack of customer service, the quality of the service is just bad. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this service. Now I have to contact all three credit bureaus and see if I can restore my credit.

Dealing with so called customer service is next to impossible. They need U.S. based English speaking employees that can actually fix something. Not someone just reading off a computer screen. Personally I am contemplating dumping Norton. I spent 3 hours no stop with an agent in India and they still didn't fix a simple problem.

For what ever reason, they decided to remove the ability to use a passcode to enter the app. For this seasoned citizen, the app has become useless. It seems that when an app is updated, the usefulness goes downhill.

Update December 30th 2021. I asked to be able to open my Norton LifeLock app with a pin number, like the old app and finally I can open it with a pin number. But you also ask for a fingerprint, due to the employment I had before I retired, my fingerprints don't read well, so I guess that lets me out on this app! I don't know whose idea it was for the fingerprint but it wasn't a very good idea, thanks anyway.

Disconnects bank account and it won't reconnect. The wheel spins for an extended amount of time. Please fix this issue. I no longer feel safe using this service.

Got double charged via my Santander Bank Account, good-very good AV and Spam/spoofing/AV and general malware. The best program for your data's security, in my opinion (after 33 years of use! Still the best general AV/malware suite of products for mobile and PC security!
