I was delighted when I was able to download this app. in English, but then a few days later it reverted back to Chinese! Very frustrating and disappointing. You get what you pay for I guess. When it operates in English it's a brilliant little watch and app. Sadly it nrv Never seems to remain in English. Perhaps it's preparing us, ready for when the UK is bought by China!😜没问题

For the first time download the apps it was English. After 3weeks later or so to said when I recharged the LS3 the whole apps switch to Chinese. I've kept uninstalled and reinstalled many xxxxxx times whenever I minimise the apps. I got so frustrated with the apps keep changing to Chinese application everytime I uninstalled and reinstalled. My worst experienced with this brand n product. I guess LS Band3 only support in China. Not meant for other countries user.

Unable to update to 3.8.7 even if every time I start the App I am required to do so. In any case, update is to include new devices that it cannot connect to. To make things worse, I've lost a year of data. A nightmare!

My S9 smart scale helps me understand my body much better! Could you please allow multiple devices to be able to sign into the app. If I sign into my phone, my tablet logs me out which is not convenient as I would like to view my stats on all devices.

i just got this band and was excited to use it but I couldn't even register. when I requested a verification code some Chinese characters flashed on my screen. I have to return this band because I can't even get it set up. You need to fix this app!

I love the app, but recently my app keeps force updating and switching to only Chinese. I download the English version and it works for a day then switch's back to Chinese. Will give five stars if I can find out how to change the language back to English.

Device is great..... until it stops charging the battery any more. This has happened on 2 devices in last few months. Have ordered a 3rd replacement just now.....but with a different company.

for anyone trying to use this app and cannot get past the verification code: download transtek health. same app but you use your email address and it emails you the 6 digit code. you scan the QR code that came with the bracelet to connect it and it's all in English too lmao thought I'd help people out since I spent the last hour pissed off with this app.

The app is suddenly asking me to verify my phone number. And the keyboard for the code is all numerical while the code provided is both letters and numbers. Can't use Google or Facebook either. Very frustrated.

I had an update notice from my life sense App this morning and couldn't login with wechat anymore, it insisted a phone number to bind with, while I input my number and the verification code, it always said the format was incorrect, now I can't login at all!

the account registration process makes no sense. it won't send me a verification code and it is displaying a message in Chinese or Korean even though i have the language set to English.

when trying to register it gives information in another language and will not send a code via text. read where you can use other app and receive code via email, again, it will not send a code. now making this device useless😞.

I have the same problem. After the upgrade, I can't key in the verification code as there is only number keyboard & no letter keyboard. I uninstall & now cannot install back as it just go in circle! Helpppp!

Very good app but why can't I connect my device with Bluetooth search so annoying becouse I need to find the specific device and qr code which is super frustrating.

I am unable to pair my life sense ziva band only one time it was connected then it was disconnected automatically and continuesly showing connecting..........and also problem in strap any one can suggest me where can i buy strap.

Cannot log in after the update. it keeps saying verification code entered incorrect. I can't figure out why it is incorrect! Also why does it requires my phone # since I can use Google or weChat log in?

I am using mambo HR. it can sync heart rate with google fit. but not STEPS. I need step data in google sync to get company reward. this is the most important feature! Please fix it asap.

This can not be registered, what a waste of time, Vigorun tracker too useless without registration. Seems this is not something new, wonder why owner of this app doesn't fix this issue.

Cannot connect to my mambo watch with it. The watch is seen on bluetooth, serial number is correct.

I have a scale named LS213-B . It is not shown in the list of devices. Does not even show up in bluetooth search devices! What can i do?

Unable to use app. gives verification code in Chinese. When are you going to fix the app? Can't even pair it.

I bought a band 2 around 3 years ago and now they are not giving support to me. Because they are not seller for band 2. Worst response from customer support.

Time out of sync even after multiple restarts. It shows 2 and half hour ahead of actual time.

After latest update, can't login anymore. I guess the verification code only works in mainland China. Really regret buying this weighing scale, should have chosen the Omron one.

Cannot even register...it asks me to enter verification code but then only gives me the numeric keyboard...so impossible to register. Please fix guys!!!
