I'd like to use this app, but I am in my late 40's and need an easier way to select my date of birth instead of swiping almost 600 times. Major problem....
How do I create a login when I have to use my birthday and it only let's me swipe by month. It's will take me hours to swipe monthly from 2018 to my birth year.
Still waiting on update for donors to complete Donor Pass on this app. You can't even acces it on android by using chrome! You would get more donations if you didn't cancle 3 weeks out of 4 to donate in Oak Park, Il. So Difficult! update still waiting to see Donor pass available on this app. Update: still waiting on you adding Donor Pass to this app. This would benefit your donors who mostly use Android. Previous 1/17/2017 This would speed up the process for donors and volunteers. Thanks
It does what it needs to do. I can schedule on the app which is cool.
I've been donating for a long time and I forgot my password. So I tried getting a temporary password it it wouldn't let me :/
Worthless app. Will not let me log in to my account. Even tried resetting my password, no luck. I can log in on the website using my donor id and password, but try putting that exact same donor id and password in on the app and it constantly tells me that the id or password is incorrect.
I'm unable to log in to the app.
I still can't log-in to this app. This has been going on since December of 2020. I keep gett a message that the app is "The app is currently offline due to maintenance. Please check back soon.". When will the app be back up and running again?
