Lifestyle Migraine Therapy

Lifestyle Migraine Therapy is a clinically-validated app employing methods of Regular Lifestyle Behavior (RLB) protocol for controlling migraine attacks. Migraine is a cyclic headache condition that occurs as a result of triggers. Synchronizing with biorhythms (e.g. regular sleep time) improve the coping mechanism of an individual against migraine triggers. This is known as homeodynamics i.e. one's capacity to adjust to changes in internal or external environment. The RLB protocol has been tested among 350 participants with migraine at the Stanford Headache Clinic, California, USA.
