New review as of 11/7/18: I was able to redeem my point and got my Amazon gift card. Thanks for fixing the problem 😀! Old review: Its a good app and gives points. I've gotten a $5 Starbucks card before but now it won't let me redeem for a $10 Amazon card. Its 1,000 points for one. I have 1,030...how is that an insufficient amount of points? Please fix this issue ASAP! The holidays are coming up and lots of people would like an Amazon card. In the mean time, I guess I'll have to keep saving up til ya'll fix the problem
I must say that the customer support people are fantastic! They try getting to the bottom of any survey issues you had and any other questions you have they reply promptly to assist you. I love this app.
the app hasn't worked in 2 months and I still haven't gotten a responds if its getting fix or not
Ever since the update earlier today I have not been able to get into the app it keeps saying check network settings
customer service has stopp answering. and nomore surveys it use to b a good app.. now they are shutting down and wont let u cash iut ur points

Don't Waste your Time! They offered me $3.00 to come back! They did award me the Cash but not enough Surveys! It will take Forever to Cash out! Try Survey Junkie. I have Cashed out Several Times and they always Pay and have Plenty of Surveys!
Will not let me cash it keeps saying my account is 0 when I have more than enough to cover the gift card... Very disappointed

Have not got any surveys yet I just joined the site about a week.ago. I got lots of support with life tap chat room I give them five stars on that customer support. They are very friendly. I am waiting on my first survey at life tap I knock on wood maybe I get lucky and do a survey next week
The app was great when it first came out. No surveys ever pop up anymore. Not worth keeping
Finally working again.. For now. Points add quick when working but when its not, its months before i can access again and i get no cs help
The last 2 surveys I completed I never got credit for. I let them know almost 2 weeks ago & they haven't got back with.
Used to rock...now it just takes up space on my phone. It totally went downhill. VERY few surveys if any at all. It will take a year now just to get a gift card.
The App seems to work well. Loads kind of slow, but I get push notifications for new surveys and have accumulated enough points to redeem a reward. when I try to redeem the reward it tells me i have insufficient points to do so. I have reached out to Lifetap support within the app, but have not received a response. Hopefully this issue can be resolved or I will be deleting the app.
What happened to the old Lifetap? There's only one survey on it now and when I click on it, it says expired or not working(I think)
I like the app overall, but have been unable to load last few days. New updated landed, but stopped working. Uninstalled then reinstalled, but still not loading.
Love it!! Customer support is very helpful. 2/18: updates arent great and now there is barely any surveys..

Feels like a scam. I answered a long survey and at end the message was that I'm not qualified. And received only 1 reward point. Since I was told that I'm not qualified AFTER you guys received my answers and my personal information, it feels like you purposely disqualified me in order to not pay what was agreed. I feel like this is a scam and will remove this app.
This app is great
Spent several hours just to get to 1,000 points when I should have had more than 2,500 points by now (Completed several surveys just to finish them & be told I wasn't eligible AFTER COMPLETING THEM) but now it won't even let me redeem my hard earned $10 gift card even after sending several emails to the email they tell you to contact with no reply whatsoever. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP VERY MISLEADING AND COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME/EFFORT AS WELL AS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

it works okay, but you have to go back to it a few weeks after you do all the surverys they had to offer. just cashed out a 10 dollar amazon card :)
Points are easy to get and the surveys are quick. Pretty nice app until I went to redeem a $10 Amazon Card and it says "Registration Error". I've already sent in two support tickets. If it gets fixed, then I'll give this app 5★'s. UPDATE. The problem os fixed and the reward came in fast. This is now one of my favorite apps.
Really liked this app for a few days but now it keeps redirecting me and after i got 902 points nowwon't let me earn points.. Now when the surveys do show up the paragraph questions and answers are written to small tat I'm unable to read therm
The app was working fine until I hit 970 points, when I did there was no more surveys and now I cant even get a reward.
I have not had any surveys in over a month. if I don't get any soon I'm going to delete the app. and when I do get surveys it's only one or two here are there. I do enjoy this app and the surveys but I can find other apps that will constantly have surveys all the time but I prefer to stick with this app if you can get it going fix the problems and keep putting more updated service on there for me. if not I'm going to delete if there's no changes in a few weeks.
