The App is not terrible functionally for me, it's just not very practical. The heart average thing makes no sense, since you have to hold a button on the watch for it to read your heart rate. If I take my heart rate once in the morning and sync it at night, it just reads my average as that one read in the morning. What good is that? The graphs are good with the rates, but I have no idea what's going on at night other than I'm sleeping. It gets that right most of the time. You have to interact with the watch too much. I think I can manage though, it really was not that expensive. It helps me be more health conscience.

App syncs find with my C410, it's been just a day and there's been no fails with syncing contrary to reviews of the app's past versions which is a relief since I just got my C410 the other day and I'm loving it :) the nostalgic retro appearance plays a big factor though ngl. Also, I wish there's an option to import data or improve sleep analysis? I don't really understand the sleep chart. Cheers :)

I've not been able to login to LifeTrak network for very long time. More than 10 days record was unable to sync the data. When I finally able to login today (20 May'17) was trying to sync my data, it keep error then the next moment I try again, it auto reset my watch to default and all my watch data clear it. This is what I really hate about this Apps, when the watch battery low you also can't sync the data first then change battery, once you change battery, all the watch data gone.

This app and the devices are poor in design and functionality. Support is non existent. Recently purchased Lifetrak C410 after their ad stated it would connect to Walgreens. The app doesn't have this option. Contacted Lifetrak support twice and they have not responded. If your device needs a firmware update, you must send it in. A company with reviews this low demonstrates their lack of regard to their customers. Compare devices, apps, and their reviews before you buy.

I got this watch on June 17th 5 days later my watch stopped working I emailed them three times I've waited two weeks I have still not heard back from support about this. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody else. And when it did work my watch wouldn't sync up to my phone because my watch needed to be upgraded and I needed to send it in to get upgraded that is some bs.

Owned this watch for about 2 years and I've been through 3 different higher end phones none of which have I had any success connecting to this app. It did not work for the Samsung Galaxy S5, Samsung note 5, or the Google Pixel which I'm currently using. I've tried every troubleshooting guide I can find and never received responses that aren't just an auto response from the developer. Garbage app and the $100 watch really doesn't do a whole lot without it... Very disappointed, waste of money.

I've had this watch for over 1 year and it was great. Then Dec 2016 it suddenly stopped syncing with the App. So now it's a useless app. I just use the watch for time now and a general guideline with no visual progress that you'd see on the app. Very unfortunate.

The app is very difficult to use. It's not vet sensitive to commands. Some days it won't allow me select my watch on the app so I cannot sync or store data. I wish this step didn't exist and that we could just get directly to the watch data on the app.

Horrible App, but a good watch. Have had it less than a week and have already started getting a Network Error when syncing to the cloud. Which is what I need it to do. Have emailed the company for support (I see many other people have this problem as well) but have not heard anything from them. I would highly suggest not purchasing any product from this company until they fix the App. As someone who is in the IT industry I know from experience that lack of customer support, lack of app/program updates, etc usually means the company is failing financially - which I hope they do not. The watch itself is great.

The app does a disservice to the great watch, because it DOES NOT WORK. It goes through at least three times telling me that it has sync errors between the watch and the app (my phone is a Galaxy S7 Active and my watch is a Zone 700) and when I finally do get it to sync with the watch then I get network errors between the app and syncing with the cloud account. We'll, I used to. I had discovered that signing out and then signing in again would temporarily solve these problems, but now that Facebook no longer supports email addresses, I cannot sign in with that option and I keep getting more network errors when I try to make a seperate account with my personal email address. The watch itself is great, does everything thing I need it to and nothing more. This app has become a huge disappointment.

I bought this watch with a gift card for 16.99 on July 3rd. The app will not link with my watch so I do not see the point of the app. I have a Samsung Galaxy edge. Oh well! I guess my phone is too sophisticated. I do not recommend this product.
