For some reason the scale is able to connect to mobile now. Not sure if this is because any bug fixing done with the app. But glad that it's resolved.
It's definitely a very good device for various health related investigations like weight, BMI, Bonemass, Visceral & Subcutaneous fat etc. and help us to be aware of and to take appropriate precautions and suppliments in advance. Nice device.

Great app, smooth user interface, bluetooth connection is good. Diet plan is good and all food types available but percentages of energy content not correct. Please provide energy content for each food separately. My suggestion is add integration of 'samsung health' so easily counts weight and steps. Overall great app. MUST HAVE....Thank you LIFETRONS!!!
The app and the scale are not getting paired and hence no daya is getting synced in the app. I have been trying for the last 1 and half hour to fix it but in vain. My rating 👎. It asked for Google fit to be installed and I did that too. Still no use. Developer pls help urgently.
Go for it - works great Its a beautiful design with Tempered glass. Easy to use and amazing to see how quickly it sync with Mobile App with all your body composition data. Best part is it also shows different trends and graphs which can be monitored on daily basis.
It's really a fantastic and user-friendly application. Just you need to relate to your lifetrons health device. Graphics are good and data, trend charts and other related details are very usefull and clear.
It has been a great handy machine to check your body parameters like BMI, skeletal muscle, visceral fat etc. Great support from the technical team as well for any queries. Very much needed for all health conscious people and people who are not too....so they can check and be aware of their body.
Overall the app is pretty decent. What kind of privacy norms do you follow? Is all the measurement data stored only locally within the mobile device or is it updated in the Lifetron servers periodcially? Is there an option to prevent uploading personal data to the servers? Export data: How do i export the data from the Lifetrons app? For exporting just a single measurement there is an option. But how to export all the measurements for all the profiles? Profiles Measurement: Can you show the various profiles in the dashboard screen itself? Otherwise we need to click through 3-4 additional screen just to measure for a specific profile.
The app has stopped working. It gives error end of session please log out and login again and then gives a blank screen. After that there is no option to login or logout nothing. And without app the machine is useless.

I love this app. Very easy to use, very easy to connect it's Slinky scale. I can see all my body parameters using my account. Also i can create my parents profile to measure weight and see trends. Also give all Food info.
This device is very helpful, which helps us to choose the right nutrients for our body to respond better.
Ap is great and provides great visuals. The missing star is because they do not allow export of data to either an excel sheet or a csv format. If they give out that output I will increase the rating to 5
Wonderful app and awesome development team. I have been using this app since long time. Two or three ago I took update but one of its app feature i.e. profile start crashing but today I saw new updates with issue fixed. Woow this so quick. Thanks Lifetrons team for quick fix.

Error-prone app and weighing scale. I am using the app + scale since Jun-2020, and from Aug-2020, I noticied HUGE problems. Day 1, my weight showed as 83.3 kgs. Day 2, it showed 84.3 kgs, a full 1 kg increase!!! It raised eyebrows but I let it pass. Day 3, app shows 83kgs, and height of magic, the 84.3kg of Day 2 also shows as 83kg, instead of 84.3!! Day 5, my weight shows 83.8, and surprise! Day 2 again shows 84.3 and Day 3 becomes 83.8 (instead of 83kg)! Scale is kept on hard tiled floor.
We have just got this machine and tried to register .Now it's showing some error and not completing my registration. Error : we have blocked all request from this number due to unusual activity. We waited for it for sometime and then clicked on the button again to get otp
It's overall good app but there should be an option for 7 days different diet chart . Weekly diet chart option is necessary in this app. So better update this feature.
It's good, but now the I am not able to login into the account, the app says session expired, log out and the login in; then I get BLANK screen... Can I get help from customer care
I was using this app buy it got uninstalled from my mobile and again I am trying to login using my mobile number with otp but its showing the error message this number is already used by another account.. But I couldn't see any other option to login.. Really not understand how you people design the App. Please try to fix it asap..
Hi. I have a Samsung s10. The app was working fine till I updated it 3 days ago and now it keeps crashing when I try to connect to my profile. Pls resolve urgently and confirm. Thank you!
It's a really good and useful application works as intended I really just wish the comparison chart was easier and simpler to read and use like an inbody test
App not syncing with device. There is a message displayed in the app "Do not try to sync device with Bluetooth"
The latest update in April 2022 has broken something. Within a day, my fat percentage jumped 3% and muscle mass decreased by 2 kgs. Please fix asap.
