Overall nice apps but can only connect to Google Fit or Fitbit wearable devices. This makes it pretty much impossible to complete step challenges if you don't have a Fitbit wearable or if you don't constantly have your phone on you. Hopefully Garmin and others will be supported soon.

What a pile of bull dumping smelly stuff. This app has nothing to do with health and mental wellbeing with zero support from anything other than an algorithm. I get more data on my health from my Samsung Fitness app and metal stability from playing first person shooters or minecraft on my xbox... That's relaxing. This is just a app for a business to buy into to say its ticking aa box about employee wellbeing. To hell with that, go buy me a doughnut, a Pepsi and an apple and give me a pay rise!

when the app works and loads all info it's good. I have a few gripes with it. there needs to be more search facilities areas other than online shopping do not have any. very slow to load, some of the lists seem to endlessly scroll through showing the same info.. needs a what's new section. I sure Garmin offer was still valid and has suddenly disappeared. I am sure I spotted some random expire dates. some displayed offers don't match what offers are available. feel free to get in touch.. Not sure how to respond properly. I see the improvements thanks made a massive difference. Not had a need to properly investigate other changes.

horrible experience. received a digital gift card. it expired when follow up to see why it expired they asked for the information so they can look it up. the link to look up the digital card number expired to.... got cheated out of 125.00

The app loads very slow, the well-being programmes aren't programmes, they're just a set of 'how do you feel' questions followed by 'rate this programme' questions, and you are only able to choose three categories you are interested in for which the 'snack-size' articles don't relate to at all. What I was expecting from this app isn't what is delivered at all.

(First impression of the app / First time install.) The app runs very frustratingly slow, compared to all the apps I have. The interface is rather unclear about the main purpose(s) of the app: it's cluttered with (way) too much info; it's almost the app is a combination of multiple apps. Also the app logged out for no reason; it needs to support biometrics login. will update more later. Thanks.

i was very excited for this app. As i have processing issues, text or email correspondence make it much easier for me to express my concerns. imagine my disgust when i realize that this platform was not designed to help people, but rather give them the false sense of help through product placement and deals. I do not need a deal on better clothes. I need someone to actually help. but i guess that is too much to ask for.

Change the permissions and restrict what is shared - when it's shared. Deleted the app after reading some of the privacy problems. I do not recommend this app at this time, until they change things. There is no reason to have access to the contents of my drive! Or to read my physical activity or biometrics from my wearable devices. If I choose to disclose this I want to be asked very pointedly and not on a general terms and privacy page!

The app is generic, and not really helpful. What really upset me, is when I called, I was on hold for about 15 minutes (not that long), and when the call went through, It rang for at least a minute or two and was put back on hold to wait again. Also, the music cut every 20 seconds to tell me the call will be answered soon. Every time I thought the call was getting picked up, but the music would just start again. I was depressed when I called. I started to feel so so alone, and unimportant.

The app is TRASH!!! It does not calculate your steps for challenge right there is no support to help right away I emailed twice today and still have no response, last yr I couldn't even get any steps added to challenge I have already walked about 20,000 miles btwn yesterday and today but app reflects 9000 something makes me not even want to bother w/ challenge or app anymore

This app is terrible. Everytime I go to load the snack able content I get "Unknown Server Error." every time I try to synch to Google Fit, it says it synced but no data ever shows up or synchs. My company requires use of this app and earning points to get money towards our Healthcare. It seems they want to make it impossible to reach the pints level necessary to earn the money. I would never recommend this app and am using it only because my company requires it to get the health funds.

Doesn't follow Canadian anti-spam legislation. There's no way to unsubscribe from their emails. When I asked for them to stop sending emails they said the only way is to delete my account. My name is automatically added by my employer so this seems counterproductive. I should be able to opt out at any time but that option does not exist. The idea of no automatic emails no service is absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely useless and a waste of time. Just some bs app so that employere can roll out the old line of 'caring about their employees'. Nothing on this app is personal at all. The only half decent feature could have been the chat app for people who feel they need to talk to someone but every time I've looked it's been offline and told me to come back during the 'listed working hours' but it then goes on to say its 24 hours 7 days a week. Utter nonsense

It's a good app for resources but wish I could bookmark audio or video resources and also that the audio or video doesn't stop when the screen goes to sleep..kind of defeats the purpose of a relaxation session 🙁

To follow up on my previous review -- I have now uninstalled this app. The customer service follow up is so poor that I had to initiate follow up with them after not hearing back for over 5 days. While in theory this app and perks are great it actually just results in frustration and disappointment. I'd avoid trying this app in the first place.
