Lifion by ADP

This app is terrible. Try to set up fingerprint option to log in, doesn't work and gives me an error. Sending a code each log in is redundant and should be removed. Tried to finish my onboarding for work, gives me an error submitting for my w4 (taxes) and constantly tells me to update my personal information even though everything is updated. This app is buggy and could use MANY improvements. Please fix it enough so I can AT LEAST do my necessary things .

Can't log in, put credentials in and goes back to log in screen every time. Reinstalled app and same thing. Nothing but problems with this app.

Almost as good as the commercialized communication on the app

This app is terrible. I input the right verification code only for it to say its invalid. The app would be better if you gave alternative methods for verifying. And a one time verify. Doing it evertime would be annoying. I can't even get on and I need this app for work. You guys need to fix this. Its terrible. I'd give you a zero rating if I could.

How much longer till this gets fixed this is a crucial app for some of us and it seems like its not even trying to be worked on

Useless app. Can't view actual pay statements. Sends basic info in an automated chat box, then sends a link to a PDF version that doesn't work. Can't actually reply to say it doesn't work, so it's useless to have it as a chat style. The old ADP app was so much better but Lifion thought they could do better with this useless thing.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE the login process!!!!! Every time I want to login I have to receive a stupid code to verify who I am. Even if I go to the website again, I have to do the samething. What's the point of using the fingerprint option if I still have to verify with a stupid code? Also, I choose to have the code sent by text and suddenly, after a few times, that stopped working so I had to change it to receiving a phone call instead and that's just annoying. I'll just use the other ADP app instead.

Have to text verify every time, wouldn't be so bad but I ran out of phone service and couldn't check my hours for 2 weeks

Absolute trash. There's literally no reason why timestamps shouldn't be the first thing you see. On what planet am I going to be updating my marital status more frequently than clocking in and out? App moves slower than dirt when signing in. Wish my company went back to Paycom, at least they knew what a moderately deceny UI was

Will not send for security code not user friendly

Christ this app is faulty. It doesn't calculate time correctly and there is always an error with something, especially at the end of pay periods. Whoever gave the go-ahead to release this broken app should be fired.

The absolute worst app software I have ever seen. Never ending issues with Lifion. Not an upgrade from the previous ADP app whatsoever.

The fact that it has to send me a text message ileverytime I need to log in to clock in to work is absolutely stupid. Regular ADP was way better and more efficient. New is not better

Sends you a code every time you use the app, how dumb is that. Plus you can't even modify your benefits through the app or even select what benefits you want. You have to use a computer for that, what a joke.

How do I update my phone number? It keeps sending the code to my old phone number and it won't let me update it.

I love the standout features! The UI screens are beautiful and well built!

Horrible app. I can't access my information because this app won't allow me to scroll down a verify my phone. So I have to wait until I am home to check payroll.

When trying to use the time off app it doesn't always adjust the time accurately

It lets me login, then boots me out claiming error occurred.... each and everytime I attempt. Fix it jesus.

Doesn't work, wont load properly and hard to navigate.

It's terrible. I got a new phone number and there is no way the to change my phone number to my new phone number I've even called the number from my employer and they said they would change my account phone number to the new number and it's been a month and I still can't access my account

I mostly use this for work but it kicks me to the login screen A LOT.

Would rather smash my head into a wall then use use this app
