SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
The Lift with Cass App is $19.99 USD/month, $34.99 USD/quarter or $99.99 USD/year. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in Google after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Technical Issues Galore! Unfortunately this app has some major tech issues. Installation and first run through works fine, when you get to the subscription package page and actually subscribe, is where it all goes south. Upon selecting the 7 free days/$19.99mo package and submitting payment, the app does not recognize your selection and returns you to the paywall - BUT - Google Play Store recognizes this as a successful purchase. The app then crashes anytime you try to start it. Had to unsub.
liked the app, but after a year of subscription they still charged me even when I got an email saying that the automatic payment (which was unauthorized) was not successful. checked my bank statements and they still deducted $180. contacted customer service and even emailed, nothing. how frustrating. regret this. no one got back to me, emailed backed, called back, nothing. ☹️☹️☹️☹️
I love Cass and that's why I decided to subscribe to the monthly plan. The moment I entered my pin, I received a message from my bank regarding the payment but on the app page it displayed some sort of error message that the payment could not be made because my card doesn't support something and then I was redirected back to the subscription page where I was supposed to subscribe again even though the amount has already been debited. I'm so pissed off right now. I want my money back 😡
signed up to monthly pass (signed up with Facebook) and the money was taken from my bank. when i go to log in, it either tells me my account was 'cancelled by user's or takes me to a page offering different subscriptions even though I have already paid. i have emailed customer service and waiting for a reply (but by the looks of these reviews, customer service doesn't rush to get back to you). Hope this gets sorted so I can use the app. I want to start my workouts.
This program is for people going to gym. If you like me and looking for an app to use at home with zero machines, this is not the app. Also no trial offers offered so your basically stuck purchasing like me and getting disappointed when you see it requires machines. Asking for a refund.
the workouts are fantastic. the structure of the app is great. I love the little videos of each exercise throughout, helps to keep you in form. it has kept me motivated for 12 weeks so far and I do not plan in stopping! thank you Cass x
I updated my app and when I log in, it wants me to re-subscribe. I'm upset that I'm going to be charged an extra $15. I e-mailed tech support with no response back. Disappointed. Update: Never got my money back and I have been double charged twice now. I'm getting rid of this money guzzler of an app.
It seems a very good App, but after signed up the App didn't opened. Tried twice uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem persisted. At the en gave up and removed it from my mobile. Very disappointed.
I really love the idea of this app. Just tried to use it for the first time and it stopped working and kept freezing and shutting down. Please help! Lot of $ for something that doesn't work
Never had a issue with app until I hit week 16 now it's running onto Day 7 which should be a rest day and now it won't tell me what workout I am on if I go to week 16 it says i havent done prior workouts and when I go to prior workouts it tells me I completed on a certain day & if I want to repeat it. Yeah makes no sense! I've emailed CS 2 times no response.
This app is amazing. It's like Cass is right there lifting with us. The videos she has to show us how to execute the lift is genius. Also helps us to push ourselves. I've BEEN recommending it to friends since after day 1 of the app. 🙌🏽💪🏽
Very happy with this app! I like that it follows along with me through the workout and shows demonstrations as you go! Motivates me to workout more often!
I have tried to cancel within app, desktop and it declined several times, I've tried emailing and commenting on her Instagram because I'm getting no responses meanwhile I'm getting charged x2 which has effected my daily living. I would like this to be refunded and fixed asap please.
Love this app. Lost 4% of body fat and won a challenge. I had so much fun till I lost my job so got to cut back my expenses including this :(. But happily to say that I am coming back to get stronger :).
hello. I have problems with this app. I already have a account and it's been paid and everything. I updated app and I can't use it. It says that I have to pay again. But I already done that. does anyone can help me.
ive used a ton of fitness apps and programs and this has been my absolute favorite! after just 7 weeks ive seen fat loss and overall strength improve as well as some nice gains. lifer.
Created an account, continuously got error notifications unable to try free workout, very disappointed I really wanted to love it.
I love Cass and what she is about. We also have a similar thing in common and that's gaining muscle. Live the 1st workout. I know I'll enjoy the rest. ;-)
Im having trouble signing up for the trial it wont let me click the free workout botton ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but thats not working any ideas. It jumps from setup to the subscription page
I cannot see the videos of Cass doing the exercises. I downloaded for this soul purpose. I use youtube to see her and this seemed easier. Can this issue be fixed?
Can't even get app to open keeps closing on me :( i have uninstalled re-installed updated phone and still doesnt work.
I would be far more inclined to pay for the annual/ monthly subscription if a trial was available. Why spend $200.00 for an app I'm not sure is for me?

app isnt working. error loading. just downloaded it to try it out. disappointed already.
The workouts are not structured very well at all. Terrible rest-to-work ration on strength workouts that require 2 or more minutes of rest. There are no progressions or regressions for the exercises she shows, so if you can't do it you're screwed. But my biggest complaint is that even after I unsubscribed from the app multiple times it still continued to charge me month by month.
