I like the idea. Good start. But a few improvements would make it far more useful. 1. The purple border takes up valuable screen resource on small devices. Remove it and the inner border. This will expand room for the plot arena. 2. Sometimes one needs to trigger on both rise *and* fall. Please add this option. 3. It would be very useful to have a lower *and* upper (bilevel) trigger thresholds. A count is incremented when the signal crosses both thresholds. 4. Also allow use of the back camera.
Very cool. It does appear to work well; unfortunately it seems my phone light sensor is not designed to react quickly to flashing LED signal. Works great for low frequency such as broken-beam detection or when ambient light level changes (you could put your phone in the fridge and count how many times the door opens and closes), just not working to detect fast strobe frequency. Nice app!
It has all the feature I need except for one. I find the clicking noise a bit short and soft when I use it as a counter for how many laps I ran. Is it possible to have a louder counter sound that reads out the number? Or other louder sound that indicate a reading was registered? Thanks.
Everything I need is here. But the problem is whenever I press the power button, it just stops counting. I need a counter which works even when the screen is off. NB: I turned off all the battery saver options
I'll give you a 5 star if your able to change the sound that it makes from a click sound to like a alarm sound
Excellent and thoughtful options! Would be even better if a frequency counter is added.
Good one , Counter should be allowed to set negative value also, or it should allow count down also.
good app add light flashihg (light on/off ) counter in app
It still needs a lot of improvements.
It takes too long to download.
Great app. This is what I was looking for.
I am an electronic enthusiast and i just developed a circuit that switches poles every 5 mins theoretically. I waited a few times to see if it actually switches on and off keep missing the led going on or off with other work keeping me busy. I found this app and setmy phone facing the led....and forgot about it for 15 mins to come back and see the counter showing 3 times triggered. Awesome, now i can do other work while testing circuits by temporarily installing a led in the circuit for this app
