It keeps crashing. I'm not able to type shift notes without it lagging, uninstalled, then reinstalled. Clear cache. Nothing helped. Android 12 version, user. I end up having to write in word then copy and paste. Very inconvenient when you are trying to write shift notes on the go.

Needs to have a way to go back and change reports already entered. Also the constant pop up telling you to connect it to Bluetooth is annoying and pointless. It doesn't connect to any device and just drains you battery but if it's not on it pops up every 15 seconds or so asking to connect to Bluetooth.

terrible app! just updated it and it's slower than it was before. i take a picture and it stops working every other time I use it. it takes 10 minutes to come back on line. it need to be improvement seriously.

hopeless app items too spaced apart so you have to scroll forever, Soooo slow to use , Title stays in the box and should be removed when clicked on. Signature sooo slow. keeps on closing. I would sack the programming team for a poor effort.

Good app slow response time

I've noticed that I can no longer access completed reports to view or edit them. This is a major hindrance because I've had issues in the past where I've had to add to a report after submitting it and I was able to before the recent update but I can no longer do this. This needs to be resolved.

Created by someone who doesn't need to use it. Spotty as hell when it works. Update still spotty as hell and is now signing me out half way through shifts, if i could give negative stars it would still be too high a rating.

It's good....when it works. Since the last update, I can't scan qr codes. What happened? Why did you break your app with the update? Is there something I need to do on my end to fix it? I'll change my score after it has been fixed.

Horrible, freezes uploads, syncing issues are abundant, no support, uninstalled and reinstalled and still same issues. Horrible

This app is slow & takes forever to up load photos 20 minutes for two photos it is an absolute joke It has now been updated & is now pathetic would not recommend this to anyone if I could give it a minus star rating I would Will not update unless you uninstall ,then reinstall then works fine for a day before it crashes Even the log out process is painfully slow If you are a company considering this app run the other way quickly as 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

When open app, Bluetooth is working, all gears are disconnected, verry bad, I hate that app. All systems are crashed.

Does not stay open as running. It's slow and freezes up. Needs to be fixed.

Its not that much good for employee. Alwys open last destination which you already left or signout. Sometimes We started on work nd finishing on time but my employer said that he didn't saw any of the work presence of mine on site.. Its very poor working App.

It's great. I use it to work. By reporting hourly events. It suddenly stopped working. Thank God I had a back up phone.

Update is the worst. Constantly crashes. I can't send any reports. Old version is better.

Previous photos appears on the new incident report. Very small space for narrative report, too. Bad app for any decent company.

I always get complaints from the company cause of the app not working properly. If I sign in on one phone and and after signoff I sign on another it doesn't scan any beacons

Iam suppose to use this app daily, which i can't due to it always closing after 20 seconds. Useless app.
