Inconsistent and buggy experience! This app looks like it was made in 2005 and has so many bugs that it frequently doesn't work. Good luck having this app work consistently. And the Google Home integration behaves similarly. Buggy and frequently stops working. Support is lack luster and links in app go to 404 pages on Legrand's website.

This application stinks. It works only intermittently and often times I've turned on some lights remotely and then been unable to turn them off until I returned to the house. Reloading software, resetting the controller, etc doesn't work. It fails in both remote and local operation. Avoid any lighting system that requires Legrand.

Worked flawlessly since 2017 installation. Integrated it fine with Alexa over a year ago. Came up from office at 3am and no response to Alexa or to app commands. This is problematic since I'm awaiting knee replacement and walking across dark room to get to switch is highly problematic!Rebooted everything, uninstalled/ reinstalled app and disable/ re-enable skill in Alexa. Got functionality back with app after 30 min of fiddling with it, STILL no integration with Alexa though. Really need it!!!

Seriously what the buisness... Before the app updated it was able to pick up my Legrand box and worked fine, but since the update it won't connect. Tried to do remote, but it couldn't find my account and had to redo my account information. The remote is useless and still doesn't connect my box. Downloaded the other Legrand app, but you can only discover devices by QR code. Please have your IT department fix the app to pick up all devices and give other options to add devices vs.a QR code.

Keeps getting worse. Latest update removes ability to see light status remotely. Also unable to turn off all lights remotely. Here's a workaround: create a scene with all lights off. That works remotely. So full of bugs. Legrand please realize you are now a software company and need to invest in good developers and a QA TEAM!! Get it together or fade from existence like every other legacy company that tried to make the transition you are making.

This app is so bad it does not know what time it is. i have to put all times an hour off for it to save correctly. The interface is counter intuitive. It excludes switches randomly. Very poorly planned app. I'd advise people to go zwave if you want automation.

Nothing but problems since it switched to Legrand Cloud. Never works with Google Home any more. I have to relink the account everyday to have it working. The Legrand app won't load just times out trying to discover my lights. Remote access won't actually turn on the lights. Scheduled lights not turning on. Prior to the Legrand cloud it worked great for 1.5 years. Now this is trash. Customer service is worthless. You'll be on hold forever. You can leave a message but they've never called back.

Non functional. Cannot even connect to my router. Legrand seems to have bricked the expensive smart switch I bought from them. Contacted customer service and no reply. (Note that I'm running the latest version of Android on a phone that's only 9 months old. This is a Legrand issue, not a "me" issue.)

Still can't use remotely and cust support still has not responded to my email (from about a week ago). ORIGINAL REVIEW: App saying I need to update the app. When I hit the update button it goes back to the open app screen. And round and round it goes..... Can't even use it now. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still saying I need to update. What?????

The LC7001 Controller does not see the WiFi outlets and therefore the app cannot control them.Not sure where the issue is but I hope someone can help. I will update the review if I get it to work. Jan 29 2019 - upgraded to 5 stars. Customer support was very helpfull and helped me resolve the issue. Kudos to Brian and Lee from Legrand. Tech support resolved the issue. All works great now. Thank you!

This app is terrible for such an expensive physical product. I expected high quality luxury lighting and was met with fisher price level software. Samsung Artik Cloud lets this talk to Google devices and it never works and I found out that Samsung is discontinuing that entire line deapite JUST coming out with it with Legrand. Legrand support didn't even know yet accorsing to their customer support rep. They have no idea what's going on and their software shows it. I will never use them again.

No help for transition from Artik Cloud to Legrand Cloud. Have the latest app update. No help in the app. Error 1108. Says contact tech support and all you get is a menu with no way to talk to a live person. Need help with the transition.

Hub keeps disconnecting. Was working okay previously. Now the hub keeps disconnecting from the internet daily. Have to physically reset the hub daily. Was working much more smoothly before when on Samsung artik cloud. Since switching to the legrand cloud everything has been spotty even after hard resets.

its unfortunate how inferior this app is compared to the Apple version. My wife has the IOS app and hers works seamlessly, mine always has trouble connecting. I reached out to the email they give in response to the app, and he told me some troubleshooting tips that were useless.

Not sure what happen but hub keeps disconnecting from the net. Works for 20 min via Google home then stops. I open the app it goes to prompting me for the hub password and says it's incorrect. I force stop the app and it lets me in locally but fails to do anything remotely

The recent firmware update broke half of my WiFi switches. Edit: All switches working now, but it is still very annoying that Google Home identifies all switches as 'lights'. So a bedroom with a light switch and a fan switch will be grouped together in Google Home app as '2 lights' instead of a light & a fan. Because of this when asking Google to turn on the light, the fan will always turn on too. There is no way to turn on just the light without the fan too. I contacted support and was told to use a workaround of putting the light and fan in separate rooms... But this means that I can't turn off the 'Bedroom' with a single command... Legrand: PLEASE make anything with fan in the name come through to Google Home as a fan. Not every switch controls a light... some are fans, some are plugs, some are appliances...

I set up the app in preparation for getting the smart light switches. That being the case I opened the app once to create an account, nothing more and someone Android says it has used over 60GB of data in the foreground when I haven't even used it. Excuse me, what?

Discovery takes up to 15 minutes, every attempt to update firmware on my LC7001 turned it into useless piece of plastic, schedules works on a random fashion. Totally disappointed Legrand(being a loyal customer for 10+ years).

Just not consistent, at least the android version ... wouldn't update after asking, now it won't load at all ... too bad cause the switches are great, need to get a better app designer.

Funcrionality no longer works since upgrade. Lights that are on show as off. Cant switch from one scene to another. Customer service has not returned tech support call as promised

Great system for the $ seems people are unhappy atm with a cloud transition but i assure you 1 they will not fade away or go under do some research people there a billion $ company and I am most sure it will be sorted soon you people are wayyyy too needy get some patience already 2 when it was working it was excellent and im sure will be again soon mine works great but i dont use the remote function anyhow and if i did id turn that feature off untill it was fixed

I am hoping Legrande will add some of the features Lutron has. I still cannot get it controlled by Google assistant, but this is more Google's fault than Lutron. I will say Legrande's customer service is amazing!

One of the worst app experiences I have ever tolerated. This company has totally let down their customers. The least Legrand could do is bridge their hub to the smartthings hub and let Samsung deal with it. Legrand has no self respect.
