This is a fantastic website for ordering cheaply from China. I gave it one rating because three or four offers of coupons and promos tempted me in, but when it came time to pay, the interface crashed and I couldn't scroll down to enter the promo codes. I expected to be able to input the code on the next screen, but I couldn't, so I had to pay full price, despite the fact that the discount was the primary reason I downloaded the program in the first place.

The price is right and I keep receiving many compliments on the various dresses. They are light and comfortable. Great to wear when it is hot. Only one cover was ripped under the arm and that was disappointing because it is white, but the rest were without flaws... possibly an oversight. The dresses I purchased are also easy care in the washer and dryer. I am expecting a new shipment soon.

Excellent, cool shopping site with lots of stuff I haven't seen before. Pricing is very competitive with loads of bargains. The app is intuitive and easy to use. For UK residents given current shipping issues from China in early 2022 the shipping times for delivery are surprisingly quick and I would think can still improve. Often your purchase will give you a six week delivery date in my experience it has been less than three weeks. Be aware that an import charge is sometimes added at checkout.

I'm a developer and the e commerce side can be a challenge. HOWEVER, the user experience (UX) is awful. It's difficult to navigate "my orders" IF they even show up. The customer service UX is frustrating. You fill out your form and click submit, but there's no confirmation, it just erases your entry making you think you have to redo it when In fact you're creating a duplicate(s) making the process more difficult. Then it sends you a canned reply with instructions on how to do what you just did.

My only warning is bad reviews are deleted, so you can't see the negative feedback on any items. However, we found some really great items and bargains and will continue to use this app. The search engine and layout of the app is really good. Only slight room for improvement. The international multi language translator is pretty strong. Check the size guides before ordering your standard size.

Awful company. Order took 5 weeks to arrive, missing 1 item. The other 3 items were extremely poor quality, badly fitting but not cheap for an online store. I wont wear any of them outdoors. Had to chase multiple times on the remaining item and finally got a refund nearly 3 months after I submitted the order. I suspect I wouldn't have got the refund if I hadn't been so intent on getting my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

All of the items I have received are cheap, but not price wise. The cost of shipping doubles the cost of the actual product. In fact, I wanted to return the items I got for a refund of the $80+ dollars I spent, and I got $20 back. This was for two products. I was able to get a 30% refund for both products instead of paying for shipping to China and getting even less back. The app itself is choppy and glitchy. Save your money and go to Shein or something.

I'm leaving 1 star because I was lured in with 3 or 4 offers of coupons and promos, but when it came time to pay, the interface suddenly bugged out and I couldn't scroll down, and as it turned out, the bottom of that screen was where I needed to go to put in the promo codes. I thought I would be able to put in the code on the next page, but I couldn't, so I got stuck paying full price, even though the discount was the whole reason I tried the app.

Easy to order, but the items themselves are terrible quality. I placed an order for a dozen items, thinking that at least half of them would be decent, but no. Only two items weren't throw-aways. The cost of paying for the shipping all the way to China makes returning very difficult, and the return policy is very specific.

Terrible.. me and sister had ordered a two piece suit for our photoshoot. The outfits did not look or fit the way it showed. When i was trying to get a refund they was telling I can't send it back or whatever and just want to give me 60% store credit and I told them I did not want the store credit because I'm not shopping on the site again. This was such a disaster.

This is really more than expected. It's great. I got to know the light in the box through a friend of mine who dealt with them and he was very happy. I tried it for the first time and it won't be the last. It was very easy and fast i bought kitchen chairs cover and also plant art décor both were amazing and shipping was at the time and tha customer service was great I'm really looking for deal again with them.

It works but it's a little janky. Seems like it could be an app developed with a budget, similar to how AliExpress feels, just not as solid or smooth as a premium app. Basic design, a bit hit and miss, and shipping costs aren't factored in until the very end so come as a bit of an unwelcome surprise.

I ordered a dress and when it finally came it was not at all like the picture. It was way too short and the front was way different from what I ordered. I tried to return it but was told many times that to return it would cost more than what I paid. I asked for shipping info so I could get a quote for shipping and they stopped responding. Horrible customer service.

This App is horrible, I can't do anything I been trying to get stuff I want but it either freezes ,I crashes takes me where I don't want to be , it messes up so bad deletes in my cart or adds wrong thing or changes how many I'm trying to buy. It's ridiculous. I'm fed up about ready to uninstall.

If there was a zero inwould have put zero my 2nd purchase ever on line. Measured everything according to charts. Came up with a small according to charts but decided I had better go with a large just in case 2 dresses. Arrived separately 2 weeks apart. They were both like a size six. No paperwork with it emailed several times to find out how to send back spent $180 Australian dollars what a rip off

This is a really great site, it is very easy to use. The app offers competitive prices and shipment is fast and reliable. The more understood the app the more I began to appreciate it. One of the things I like most is the case of navigating to your contacts mini site from the chat channel. The design and the quality of the products are the best! Keep it up for the good work!

Although it took a little longer to get than expected. The quality was really good on the first order I made. so I ordered 7 more pieces. The prices after shipping are competitive. Hopefully, these things don't change and I may keep using them and recommending them to my friends.

Very easy to navigate app.... every time I log on I seem to discover more items I would love to order!! I've ordered twice and have been extremely pleased by the quality, sizing and appearance of the items received. Have even used the app to order gift items for two friends

item is good but shipping is outrageously expensive and SLOW.. last order took over a month to arrive and I chose expedited shipping!.. update: although you charged me for tier 2 shipping it was still expensive to me.. you mislead customers to think they will receive items in 3-5 days because you did not clarify that item will still take up to 30 days to arrive after "shipping processing" time. now I realize items are shipped internationally. if you offered free shipping I would order more items

The sizing is small, I ordered the same sizes I order on Macy's or Amazon and everything was too small. They have virtually no return policy or they make it so difficult, why bother? Basically, I just flushed $108.00 dollars down the toilet, not to mention it takes 5 or 6 weeks, at least, to receive your purchase. I guess I can give the shirts to a homeless shelter or something. I certainly can't wear them. The clothes are cheaply made too, really thin low quality material. Don't buy this stuff.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Do NOT buy!! Shipping takes about a month, the material is the cheapest I have EVER seen (even Walmart has better quality materials), the design is NOT as represented or portrayed, and did have to look at the size charts per item and it still runs small!! Worse buys EVER!!!!!

I have bought quite a few things on this app but the dresses are wayyy outta proportion. I was looking forward to some dresses advertised yet they were all extensively oversized. Slapped together basically. All the other things I ordered were pretty bang on.. the summer dresses were a waste of money going by normal sizes.. just wrong. Total waste of money! Underestimate ur size for sure by 3 or 4x.How does other stuff come in the right size yet the dresses are ridiculously huge. Not sized at all
