I have given this a 1 star review for the longest time. It gave no decent wins and was buggy. Trying to progress through lightning missions was near impossible. But I have had to change that. Lately, the game appears to be far more enjoyable. Some medium and large wins, including one sizeable major. And this has been over the period of a few weeks. At this stage it appears that the win rate; and enjoyment factor, have gone up significantly. This is the game we all wanted, and asked for.

I love this game but it is very annoying when you continue to get a error when trying to load the game and this lasts for several days which means you are losing your free bonuses every three hours and fan bonuses each day. For someone that spends money to lose the free money is annoying and not being able to play is irritating since i try to win the tier prizes at the end of each season so now im far behin. Please fix the game!!!! This is affecting multiple people.

Used to love it,, but I got screwed of 20+ million coins from a bonus,, when it malfunctioned, restarted,, and couldn't retrieve my bonus! l messaged the vip people but they just passed it along to the tech people. So, absolutely nothing was done but make me severely pissed off. Other than that, I do still kinda Love it, but needs more ways to get free coins more often, please!

Constant gliches. The last update has been the worst! Can't even load the game now. You need to stop messing around with it trying to get people to spend money and just fix all the gliches that have crept in over the last year or two. The games are great but it's becoming unplayable and extremely frustrating.

Looks great but is seems to be designed for you to lose and purchase coins with real money. So many ads on startup for you to purchase coins then it will eat your earned credits quickly. Missions are designed for high rollers with little reward, can be very frustrating with little play time.

Game not working. Updated over 12 hrs ago and haven't been able to get into the game since. There is alot of people effected and alot comments on your fb page advising you. It is very frustrating as this stops us from completing this 24 hrs challenge to increase for the weekly challenge 😢 plus not being able to collect yesterday or today's fb bonus. Very frustratingnas it is a good game Normally with little issues.

Regular loading issues, especially around the times you are collecting bonuses from the end of the week or season, meaning you miss most of the benefits. I added 2 stars to the rating because I like that purchases are really expensive. It deters me from spending money in the game. To buy enough coins for 1 spin at max bet would cost $30.99 Australian.

My app won't even open , I've uninstalled and re-installed multiple times and nothing! Tried it on multiple devices I have and it's doing the same "ERROR There seems to be a problem with the game. Please reload the game to continue playing." It's been showing me this for nearly 2 days.

Game used to be great . Now constantly crashes, and on 4 occasions where I have completed the weekly challenge to open the 3 orb reward its has either not rewarded it or has only given me 1 or 2 orbs. Not happy with the amount of time nor money I have put into this game. Feel completely ripped off.

The VIP members don't get any special treatment. You spend lots of money to play and never get the bonuses when your supposed to. When you ask the active support team for them they read your message but take hours to respond. And we haven't got the daily pop up bonus coins in days but nobody seems to care as long as we keep spending money on this app. The app always fail when it's time for a new level!

Error message and can't get in to play! I've paid for more than I'd like but with the constant crashes and error messages, I'm uninstalling and never wasting money on this game! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!!!! Do Better!!!!!!!!!

After playing this game for a while now and stupidly buying coins thinking it would increase my chances of getting more game play and enjoyment I was wrong. They give you low free coins and even lower wins if any not to mention 3 times I have won free features and not received them after contacting support with screen shots care factor was zero. I was enjoying this game for a while till I realised I spend longer waiting for coins to play with then I do playing the game. Not fun at all. Pathetic

Terrible customer service. This game is expensive to play. And when the game glitches out and kicks you off during a free spin win. And you lose the free spin win entirely. The "vip" staff and reluctant to do anything about it at all. Wouldn't recommend

Hey when IAM loading games it saying there's a problem loading can u please fix the problem that's why I giving a 1 star rating wasting my data trying to load the games. I think everyone else is in the same vote with glitches and other problems as well. Lightning Link use to be one of my favorite games and I've bought more coins on it. However, they change you to a lower free amount seems overnight. You hardly ever get enough playback to have any fun anymore. Very disappointing ***

Same issue, different month.. says to reload. Ive done that and uninstalled and re-installed...Currently experiencing an Error message and game shuts down so this is the only way to inform you I'm also hesitant to Uninstall and re-install so I won't lose my points...

Last time trying to Get issue fixed. 48 hours ago I stopped being able to load your game site to my phone. I've been a VIP member for years. I have tried to get someone to to respond but nothing. In the past you were johnny on the spot with help. Now nothing. I downloaded the app to my Kindle signed on with Facebook but none of game play transfered. I have lost everything that was built up. Is it time to quilt your sites?. I can't contact through the lightening link as it won't load. Help

To whom it may concern I am sadly frustrated. I had to transfer everything onto a new phone. I opened up Lightning Link slots and without even realising what came up on the screen, my Lightning fast fingers must have hit the screen and before I knew it I was logged in and starting from scratch. I would like my old account back please. I have spent a lot of time. Effort and money earning my status on rhis game and would appreciate it back please. Also, why is there no support link in LLS?

Don't ever purchase a single coin package from them if you want to keep your ability to earn free coins. One $1.99 purchase on a whim and now I am no longer able to earn free coins, no watching ads or completing offers for free coins. When I messaged them I got some generic message about how they tailor their app to each customer for their best experience blah blah blah. This game went from a 5 star to a 1 since your so called upgrade . it freezes up terrible can't get 3 spins in a row that don't freeze.Keeps booting you out of the game and you have to reopen it. It happens on more than 1 pad .Your games are good, rewards are good, but the freezing up is bad.what is wrong now with this game. have loaded it on 2 pads but will not open , stops at 40% then kicks you out.

Games are good. However even if you spend money in the game you're lucky to get 5 minutes of play. Wins are low, yet missions need high spending. Even as a VIP who spends money on the game you'll get nowhere and next to no extra rewards at all. Extremely expensive you're better off going to the real pokies you'll atleast have a chance of winning and longer play time for the same money!!

Started paying for coins but that's it, it was hard to win free game it eventually wiped out all of my new bought coins. Most of the time you spent so much just to get free spin I didn't win much. Like chilli i only collected 3 chili's during free game what a waste.

Hasn't worked for 3 days keep getting error message to reload. I have tried every suggestion given by the site (clear cache/data, uninstall, update) nothing works. I have been playing this game for a long time so I know it's not my device.

I give it 4 stars because i have been playing it for months now and ive never had to buy any coins. Ive ran out maybe twice and the next spin bonus and started playing again. And i play daily. But for thr last 2 days it keeps telling my internet connection is lost. Its not lost because i can play other apps just fine. Hope you can fix the problem. I dont want to uninstall it.
